its reasonable good hotel, but the room service still requires improvement. some arrangement for coffee/ tea in the room will make it much better from selling aspects

We bilked a superior room and when we arrived we were lead to the side wing which was weird. The hall to the room was very dark because only one in three light bulls were operating. When I asked why they said it was switched off during the day. Very weird, considering that there weren't any windows in the hall. But the worst part was the room itself. Low-end backpacker standard! The bathroom was very dirty and run down. The whole room run down. We complained and asked if they have a better room. They said we must pay 600 baht for a luxury room in the main building. Beware! This is a scam! They lure you with nice pictures, then they give you a room which is by far the worst I have seen in a long time, then I you complain they offer you a better (but still not good) room for an additional 600 baht. After we complained bitterly and showed pictures that we took from the bathroom, they finally gave us a good Room that resembled the pictures. What else: breakfast in but very crowded with many people. Neighborhood has a lot of traffic. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel under all circumstances!

Nice thai style room with easy access to the shop
Big hotel with connecting to the best shopping mall of chiangmai

Hotel nice and clean room recommend the Deluxe room because you got a lot more space and more easy access , got the live music band every night and breakfast is have more varity of food and well service of the stuff.

love shopping and food stay here

i enjoyed my stay at lotus pang suan kaew(please choose delux room up)i don't mind for old fashion hotel.it has central department store and starbucks coffee which is so good for me and my family
the room i got(delux) is big enough for family with children to stay in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I went to Royal Flora by Local bus(Red color)then next day I hired the local bus to visit Chiang Zoo and Aquarium then went up to the hill Doi Suthep.

furthermore the rooms are very old and not clean at all. the bathroom amenity is poor no tooth brush & tooth paste. there is no shops on the hotel arcade.

Absolutely Fabulous
The Building is Fantastic and the king bed was HUGE

Absolutely loved our stay..
We had connecting rooms at a fantastic price and being connected to a shopping center was the icing on the cake.
The staff were excellent, the breakfast was awesome and I will definitely stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
connected directly to a shopping center at Level one of the hotel.. the shopping center has (i think) 5 levels with a great range of stores.

we got 5 deluxe rooms with connecting doors. the rooms are huge and make sure you get deluxe rooms instead of standard room for a few bucks difference, deluxe rooms will secure you in the hotel's new wing. get higher floors to avoid the lounge band noisy nights. hotel offers free airport pick up, and bht70/pax hotel to airport tranfer. drivers don't speak english. hotel has a van rental (10 seater toyota commuter for 8am to 11pm for bht2,000). tops supermarket is right next door. hotel's marketing manager vilai was very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go elephant trekking, ox ride, bamboo rafting. very enjoyable for kids!

they provided me a good room, big, clean and quiet. for internet, it was quite expensive and was not so good signal. the elevator was old and sometime stop working. from g floor was no official elevator. we have to use from suthep wing to go to huay keaw wing. it was not convenient. the best point was this hotel connected with central kad suan keaw. it was good to shopping there.

Good value and well located

we were in the older building, but at the price we paid were delighted. the room was huge although a bit dated, very clean, good breakfast, staff very helpful. was easy to get around chang mai.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel was located right near the shopping mall, and the old walled city was within walking distance
