Comfortable & Convenient

good promotion, including breakfast, based on the price i could book. nice & confortable room and it is very bright during the day time.
- buffet breakfast
- connect to the mall
- convenient for public transportation
- free shuttle bus transfer from the airport (baht for transfer out)
but the lobby is quite dim for the whole day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Book a day tour or half day tour is recommended if you use public transportation and Walking Street is available on Saturday Night.

Good value for the money. The rooms are a little dated but clean. I only had one issue during the weeks stay. There was a leak in the bathroom. They transferred me to another room. But it took me going to the desk twice to complain before they sent someone to look at it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
10 minute walk to the old city if you can cross the road to get there.

There for one week and found it conveniently located (via Tuk Tuk) to most places. Has two wings and I was in the old wing on a high floor. It took 10 minutes to egt from the room to breakfast!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are staying more thsn two days get the 7 day internet which is not adevertised. Even better get a True sim card (ipad people) which will be 700 bht for a month usable in Bangkok and Pattya too. The speed was twice that of the hotel internet.

Decent Rooms, Strange Hotel

The hotel room itself was really fine, but the actual hotel was very strange and large and almost like a maze to find your way through (especially when you arrive at 11 PM at night and the mall is closed and everything is dark).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't arrive late. Not many people seem to help you and it is very confusing to find your way around the hotel in the dark.

really enjoy our stay this time. room was very clean, great service, and a major improvement on the breakfast. breakfast was really good, but still needs to add bacon to the menu.

Expensive services but reasonably priced rooms

Although the rooms were reasonably priced the service was terrible. The restaurant is expensive and food quality poor with it taking 30 mins to serve your food, wi-fi is pricey, the swimming pool is noisy due to extractor fans from the shopping centre. All this is offset though but the fact that you rarely need to make use of them with Kad Suan Kaew shopping centre right next door.

The hotel had a good breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean but a little dated. it is a big hotel with a lot of features. Staff is really friendly and helpful. But I had one issue with the room and calling the front desk did not help so I just went to the desk in person and the issue with the room was taken care of.
Shopping Tip:
There is a huge shopping mall attached to the front of the hotel.
