Second time using still not disappointed. Best breakfast buffet i have experienced in Thailand, which was include with the room. Always stay in the new part which offers great views of the city and mountains. The tour service operated in the hotel is the best I have ever used. Went out of the way to make us feel personal. Only down side is the lack of coffee in the room. Have to call room service each time. Also the charge for internet. However, i am sure they had to cut corners somewhere to keep rate so low. Love the shopping center attached to the hotel.

the only minus was the high cost of using internet. if it was free of charge this hotel would be excellent to stay in.

Great swimming pool and Good Thai Massage of Hotel. Good for shopping because shopping mall nearby!

it's quite difficult to find the lobby of lotus pang suan kaew hotel because it's located on the 5th floor, not on ground floor. it's seemed to go into a maze. i suggest to get a room at doi suthep wing. anyway it would be acceptable to the reasonable price of room rate. the lighting of the room suggested to be improved. the colour of the lights would be better to change into warm colour, instead of white colour.

We had a relax time in this hotel. The hotel located in a very convenient location, it conjuncts with a old shopping centre and within the walking distance to a famous commercial street in Chiang Mai, Niman Heiman Rd. with the reasonable price, if you don’t mind stay in an old establishment, this could be the place for you relax in Chiang Mai

we enjoyed our stay. the hotel is connected to the mall by a walk-way, so it's super convenient to get to shopping and food by just walking and staying inside. the hotel is in a great location of chiang mai for access to the downtown old-town area as well as the mountains and zoo too. we rented a motor bike and was able to get anywhere we wanted to go outside of the immediate needs within a few minutes. we have two young kids, so it was a lot of fun staying here with the pool, the connected mall, and close proximity to the zoo.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you're traveling and want to be able to actually swim laps, the pool is great. It's about a 50 meter pool with plenty of room to swim laps for a workout.

The location is near shopping mall. That's it.

The room if you book the cheapest rate you will get very old room in the darkest wing and it's very difficult and complicated to find your room which means you have to walk a lot to get to your room. The smell is unpleasant, and to ask the hotel to upgrade to delux room would cost double the prize.

nice hotel, room was exellent, just the one downside, there is a disco which goes on till 4am, i was 6 floors up but could feel the vibrations on my head board, i thought it was the next room. still, wish i had know i would have gone to the disco myself.
staff are nice and friendly, so all in all, not bad at all.
