Lovely Hotel and decent location!
Great room sizes, very clean and great breakfast

Stayed here for 4 nights and was impressed.
The rooms were a great size - big enough to fit all our bags and shopping!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a decent array of mainly western food.
Location wise, its a 5minute walk from the night markets so fairly central. There is also a handy travel agent who can organise day trips for you right next to the hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The night bazaar is great - however make time to visit the sunday markets, by far the best!

this is a great example of you get what you pay for - if you expect more for the price then that is your fault. Hotel is in an excellent location and close to everything. Breakfast is not bad and free wifi is a bonus. Rooms are very large but plain. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

So Good we are coming back next month!
We booked for 5 nights but extended our stay for 4 more nights.
This hotel is in a good location, walkable to the night market & also the sunday market.
The superior room in the hotel is nice & light - bathroom & bedroom very clean - free wifi with a great connection.
There is a kettle in the room, no safe but this was not an issue.
A small pool with six sunbeds with sun till noon then shade, there is also a small gym & three yoga rooms
The reception staff have that wonderful Thai smile & nothing is too much trouble.
Breakfast is good with lots of choice.
Would recommend this hotel.

Restaurant Tip:
Outside hotel - turn left - 1 minute walk to Bon Kitchen great food & healthy shakes.

short walk to the madness of koh san rd but not stuck among kazillion backpackers with bad tattoos! lovely staff and pleasant rooms, easy to get around using river taxis as stops right at the hotel. recommend

Decent location and hotel

The hotel and lobby as we checked in was very nice and quite grand. We were shown to our room which was 3rd floor (no lift) and so was a little inconvenient. The room itself was very big but suited a long term stay as it had a living room and bedroom area, whereas we wanted a spacious more luxurious hotel room. Overall it was a nice room and hotel especially for the money.
Shopping Tip:
Get to the night market for a bit of bargain shopping (be prepared to barter)

Good location, nice rooms
Great breakfast, good location, The doorman was the sweetest, funniest and crazyiest man ever...he danced and made me laugh everytime we came to the lobby

We had quite an ordeal when we arrived. The water heater wasnt working in our rooms so we called down to reception. Someone was sent up and we were told it could not be fixed and needed to switch rooms. As this was going on our other roo (had 3 people)had the electricity go out. When we called back down to reception the man sad there were no rooms and that we would have to share. An arguement arose and the man ended up hanging up on my friend. He was very rude and unprofessional. After this ordeal and some raised voices, we were both put in new rooms and everything was fine. The rest of the staff was wonderful and friendly, the rooms were nice, great breakfast complete with all you can eat bacon (coming from egypt this was exciting). Laundry mat, restraunts, salon, travel agent all close by.
Travel tip:
There is a laundry place on the main street for very cheap. Laundry at the hotel is VERY expensive

Since it is 10 minutes's walk from the nightbazzre so it has quiet neighborhood. The facility of the room we stay is not very luxarious or even exquisiste while I would say it is clean and comfortable for a short stay. There is small thing to improve: they do not have hair dryers and while we found that after bath they could not offer us until the next day.
