Picturesque Hotel, well designed and thoughtout.

Particularly liked the look of the resort, set on a steep slope with extensive landscaped gardens. We booked a valley view room - very reasonably priced. Our room was more or less at the top of the slope which provided some much needed exercise! Layout and design of the room was very much to our taste. Wooden floors, sliding wooden doors covering the TV, full length sliding doors to bathroom and a very cosy terrace complete with sofa. Added bonuses were the out door games - archery and table tennis, great for the kids, The spa was lovely, excellent service.

Excellent and relaxing
The friendly staff, the great food at the restaurant and the great view at the swimming pool.

I had a wonderful time just staying there. The view was astonishing and the service was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent especially their dessert. The staff was just friendly and accomodating and its a great place to relax and rest.

A peaceful resort away from it all
Room furnished to a high standard with large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Large balcony with comfortable seating. Good food.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The resort is built on the side of a mountain and is well spaced out, but the roads within the resort are very steep. Small pick-ups drive around the resort and will take you from one area to another.

The staff was really nice and helpful , the view of the hotel was great , also the have a good food at hotel ; yet the still some issue about the little detail in our room such as broken light tube and we staying at the "Jacuzzi villa" yet the Jacuzzi machine itself was really dirty when we started the machine the water in the Jacuzzi tub gone brown :( that really ruined the mood.
Also at the hotel dining room there were having a problem with fly too many of them that was also disturbing.
Another than fly and broken stuff in the room ; everything was great especially the spa the service was superb. I think they could do a better job for overall operation.

Our stay was wonderful! We had 3 people in a Mountain View Room (paid extra for the 3rd person to have the sofa bed and buffet breakfast). Upon arrival, everyone was VERY friendly and check in was a breeze. The rooms are good sized with a beautiful bathtub and rain shower. The patio is kid friendly and has sofas and chairs for lounging (don't forget the bug spray)! The Spa is delightful; a bit expensive but worth every penny. Such a quiet and tranquil place located on the tops of hills in Mesa Valley.
Staff was wonderful and was always moving us around the expansive hotel grounds in a little buggy as there are MANY hills. No problems what so ever. 0, zilch, nada. Everything was flawless. Highly recommended. aAlso, all of the food served within the hotel is ORGANIC and local. You can tell by the crisp flavors that have you craving more.
