we stayed for one night to be near the local train station and were happy with the hotel for the price we payed. we were given a free transfer which was more than we expected. for a one night stop over it was more than satisfactory. only problem was the seeming lack of security.

We really enjoyed your stay. The rooms where very nice. The pool was fantastic, just the thing to cool off after a day sightseeing. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a big selection of food. Service was excellent, nothing to much trouble. Just on the outskirts of town(nice and quite) but only a $2.00 tuk-tuk ride to where the action is. Would stay at this hotel again

I recommend this hotel, it is nice and quiet, beautiful pool with green around it. Very nice staff.
With tuctuc for 100 Baht (= 2,5 Euro) to town, or with taxi in front of the hotel, takes 10 minutes.
Nice massage in hotel spa.

The price is too good for what you can get here!
Just 10 minutes from the Chiangmai railway station if you dont mind to walk a little bit. There is a small pool right in the center of the hotel, swimming in late afternoon is just too good with perfect temperature and peaceful atmosphere.
Highly recommend to couples or family to come for a relaxing holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taking Tuk Tuk everywhere is really too expensive, from the hotel to the downtown would cost about 70-100 baht just one way....suggest those people planning to stay here,please rent a motorcyle,only $150-200 baht a day, with $80baht fuel filling in is already good to go visiting many places around.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed the friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Only tradeoff of staying here is the distance to town, 100 baht tuktuk covers that.

I have stayed in this hotel quite recently and it was lovely but on this last stay the hotel is under construction and the service has dropped off substantially. The parking lot is now restricted to enough room for 5/6 cars. Upon arrival employees asleep in the reception area (7 pm). We made the room ok, room was fine, but then in the morning the breakfast was half or what it had been a few weeks before and the freshness and flavors were terrible. The bacon was like jerky, the boiled ham had no flavor, no rice, no vegetables except salad. We were very disappointed and would recommend staying somewhere else till they finish construction.

we aren't normal travelers as we live in thailand and were in the city to wait on our 2nd daughter to be born. the room was clean but really small. there really wasn't room outside to walk/run around with our two year old. the pool was nice, though. if you are just staying the night and will be in the city sight seeing this is a fine place, but if you want to be around the guesthouse, it's not very conducive. the internet was really fast and reliable.
