The hotels was superb. Ideally located, clean, tidy and the staff very very friendly and helful.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival with a nice cold juice and shown to our beautiful deluxe room. The room was clean, cool and the mini-bar replenished daily. The food was also of a very good standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
As an addition to the great service, they also offered a free transfer to the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The thai cooking courses locally are very good, as well as the elephant trekking.

I have traveled many places and this was my fifth time to Thailand and I found the staff to be very attentive to my needs and the hotel to be everything the web site said it would be and more. For the money we were very pleased. The food was delicious and they gave me two free dinner meals as well as a wonderful breakfast buffet. Our rooms were clean and we were taken care of any thing we needed very quickly. The staff spoke good english and were attentive. We will definitly stay here again.
My husband and I are from America and we have traveled many places outside of the USA and I have been to Thailand five times but this is the first time I planned our trip without using a travel guide. Agoda website gave us many choices and the information on each hotel was very helpful in makiing our choice of accomidations. The Raming Lodge was everything the website suggested and we found booking to be simple and fast. We had a very pleasant experience and will use Agoda in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We were staying in Chan Mai during the festival of full moon and for three days in November during the first full moon the people have a big festival with parades every night and fireworks and sending lanterns into the air at night to let go of bad luck and hope for a better year. It was most enjoyable but the festivates at night could be quite loud. Ear plugs suggested if you intend to sleep before two am.
