Good hotel
Great location, comfortable, nice to have internet in the lobby

I loved the hotel. Some nights they had music which was really awful. Also, the food from the restaurant wasn't very good, but the hotel is very nice.

Charming, friendly and great location
Friendly staff, nice room, central location

We went to Chaing Mai for Songkran (Thai New Year), this was our 2nd visit. The hotel is very charming, nice rooms, very friendly staff. The central bazaar is 15 minutes walk, and for Songkran the water war is literally just around the corner. There are many bars on the way to the central bazaar, with music and the usual Thai attractions. The pool is small and just accross the road from the main hotel, but more than enough for a few days stay. Nice breakfast in my opinion.

we really enjoyed our stay at raming lodge. we had a double and an interconnecting twin both were spotlessly clean and well equipped, the free mini bar was a bonus. wil stay here again, recommended!

Nice building
Lots of space in the rooms

Great Thai hospitality. They changed the old shower head without us asking.Like its location near Thapae Gate.
You need to walk 100 metres past the girlie bars to get to the hotel though.. but it is part of the charm.
Nightlife Tip:
Great saturday and sunday markets

This Hotel was wonderful, anything you needed help with they were there, there was a welcome drink every morning in our fridge and a refilled fruit basket, little things make a big difference.

Good location, shame about the clientele
4.7
The hotel was very basic, and although I paid for an extra bed, they only provided a very thin mattress on a tiny fold-up bed.
Location was quite central. Lots of bars and bar girls around. Lots of men bringing women back to the hotel. All very entertaining to watch. But not suitable for families!
