- bad service for check in. Hotel booked under 2 names for 2 rooms. Staff didn't check it throughly so we double booked upon arrival. But staff manage to do us money transfer back at the end.

We stayed for one week, its a bit out of the way, but saying that it was only 50Bht on a tuk tuk into the town and night markets.
very quite at night, we also hired a mopped from the hotel reception of 250bht per day.

The stay meet my expectations overall. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Friendly staff, amenities are great, food was overpriced at the restaurant so we only ate there once. The main disappointment is the lack of management presence on the property.I wrote to the hotel in advance and received no response. I asked to speak/meet a manager during my stay and received no response. To be classified as a "5 star resort" these basic customer service standards need to be meet.
