Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Right in the middle of the night market
8.3
Our rooms are big and comfortable.
The only problem is our bathroom, the water runs off the bathtub to the floor and flooded the floor due to the poor workmanship .

Breakfast should always be included. Front desk staff was nice and happy to assist. This hotel was nothing special, but a good location near the center of the city in Chiang Mai.

Great location
Blazzar night is just a door step

Staff are friendly and polite. Only if breakfast is provided for my stay, that will be excellent. Overall, it is still value for money. After done with shopping in the night blazzar, foot massage is available at a shop next to the hotel at 150 bath .

This hotel is located in the heart of Chiang mai.
It is located near night bazar.
7.7
This hotel is located in the heart of Chiang mai.It is very convenient to go anywhere. You can shopping at night bazar, shopping mall and night market places which are not far from hotel. You can walk to those places. If you want to go to other place, you can easily take buses which are available in front of hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's good choice of hotel. It has good service and good room but has a limitation in facility such as small lifts and very small with little of gym equipment.

really enjoyed this hotel. very welcoming and very helpful in all ways!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
did the jumbo farm elephant tour. very hard work but if you want a more real experience riding an elephant, rather than the tourist ride, this is a great choice!!

Nice hotel but sneaky practices
Central location in the night bazaar area.

This is an older hotel but it has obviously been refurbished. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are very small hotel present well. Since I don’t spend too much time in the bathroom it did not worry me the size was small.
The hotel is located right in the middle of the night bazaar area so the location is perfect. Lots of taxi touts who are very aggressive outside is a negative.
We book the room without breakfast which is not really a problem since there are so many places to eat. One day I enquired about how much the breakfast was. The service staff at the restaurant kindly advised me it was 450 baht but if I booked with reception, it was on a promotion for only 330 baht. When I went to reception, I was quoted 450 Baht until I walked and was quickly advised it was 330 Baht. I was told I needed to bargain. Since I was staying at a Dusit Hotel, I was surprised by this practice which is normally reserved to hawker retailers.
The other practice I thought was sneaky was placing water charged at 30 baht right next to the free water. We consumed a few bottles before realising it was not free at all.
