Very Convenient Hotel
Step out and get straight into the night bazaar

a great hotel if you looking for convenience right at doorstep. everything you need from food,to convenient stores, to shopping till you drop at the bazaar. staff is professional, and free wifi is of acceptable quality. i booked room without breakfast, as food is everywhere when you step out of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There are halal food stalls for muslim travellers. Turn right after stepping out from hotel, walk about 100m, turn left, you will find these restaurants.

Great location, comfortable and cozy hotel
Spacious room, room amenities are relatively new and clean, prompt service and assistance

Location is terrific! Room was much much bigger than we expected. The beds were very comfortable. The only glitch was the weak and sometimes non-existent wireless Internet connection in the room. Would definitely stay at Royal Princess again when we are back in Chiang Mai.
Restaurant Tip:
Must check out the Duke's American bar and grill right across the street. Must trys include the buffalo wings and chicken quesadillas.
Buffet at the nearby Shangri-la is value-for-money too. Will definitely be back!

The Management, Staff, Food, Rooms everthing was just perfect.
The Pool Bar is really expensive and the TV In the Rooms require some more shows definetely, Internet in Rooms is excellent.
In my review they replied that they need to look at this, so they are aware.
Excellent Location right amongst the Night Bazaar if you like that thing, Restaraunts around arent good thought, Real Tourist Food and poor Quality.
I eat at the Thai Restaraunts, But some people dont like the Spicy Food.

Staff are friendly and always respect one privacy. The free internet is great and they are stationed at hotel lobby for ease of access.

Gratefull Hotel so clean the staff were so friendly and smile all the time you see them, this was so good on our stay me and my wife being so happy on our stay, we could get any where we want to go for example fruit market is not far the Sunday market not far, town center or bus station and all means of transportation is near by, can reach all the shopping centers in a few minutes, this was great stay.

this was a great central location for a hotel. It literally is located on the front step of the night bazaar. One thing to note it is that the hotel is a little bit run down. You can tell that the furniture is worn and the carpet is definitely in need of cleaning. We found a few ants crawling around in the restroom it was not too bad and the Hotel sent up room service to take care of the problem. Other than that the price was so cheap and for the central location we couldn`t complain.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Wu Lai Sunday market is 10x better than the night bazaar filed with authentic hand made quality items from the Chasing Mai locals versus the night bazaar which is over flowing with fake knockoffs an over priced generic key chains.

Great location with chiang Mai night markets on the door step of hotel and the ta thae gates. There is also McDonald's, Starbucks, burger king and daz Haagen all on the door step (if you like being near those things).
The service was good, and in line with what youd expect from a large chain hotel (Dusit Thani).
The building was a little dated, however our room was nice (we received an upgrade), and they appeared to be doing renovations on the level 2 (which you walk past to get to the pool) (no noise though.
All in all, a pleasant stay.
