Really central for shopping or food and they have a regular shuttle to Central Airport Plaza. Easy to get around from here to anywhere.

While the rooms are lovely and the location perfect, it is the staff that makes this a truly delightful place to stay. We extended our stay due to these reasons and had the loveliest time ever. We enjoyed ourselves at the pool and utilized the services of the travel agent. We wanted for nothing.

it is a simple and complete hotel with basis facilities.
the hotel staff are very understanding and accommodating,they respect your privacy and will only assist if you ask.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is more cost effective to buy sightseeing package inclusive of entrance fees for those places that you want to visit.

The hotel is situated opposite the night market, just across the street. The area around the hotel is clean and is safe to walk around freely, you can access to 7-Eleven convenient store, both local and fast food outlets and massages centers easily. It is a also a short walking distant (about 15 to 20 minutes) to famous and packed Sunday Night Market.
Hotel wise,you have a lot of privacy and staff there don't really 'bother' about you unless you ask or request for services. Internet service is excellent and is free.
A portion of the room's carpet is a bit old and worn out, overall the bed sheets, towels and basic facilities are clean and is good working condition.
It is a good value for money stay, will come back again.
Nightlife Tip:
Must try the massages, it is value for money and is refreshing after a day travelling and moving around.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Royal Princess located in the heart of Chiang Mai's famous Night Bazaar. Although the hotel is showing its age and our room was a bit jaded we gave it a thumbs up based on the lavish breakfast buffet, free wifi, friendly staff and very reasonable (rainy season)tariff.

i stayed 3 nights there and totally loved it. my friend who frequents chiang mai recommended this hotel to me. they provide pickup service to and from the airport, so no hassle from the begining of the stay. people there are very kind and i got lots of help from getting a taxi to info on dining out places. my room was spacious and a/c was in good condition. the facilities are a bit old (e.g. stains on the carpet, old building), but that did not bothered me much as good service has compensated it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Highly recommand especially if you want to stay near the night market.
