It's really a "guesthouse". Near Tha PAe GAte is kind of bad thing when it has night market the main road will be walking street borrowed motor must be stopped outside. There are many mosquito inside. If you just look for a budget accommodation you can try here.

We felt at home in this guesthouse located near the night market street. The area is very quiet, the guesthouse is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a little garden with self-service coffee or tea, chairs and cushions, it's perfect early in the morning to start the day gently.
We went for Songkran and we were very close to the action, so we were able to come back take short breaks and naps.
There is no food in the hotel but the night market with all the local food stalls is 50m from there. It's also very near the Peppermint cafe, which is highly recommended on Tripadvisor, a good place for breakfast.

Nice GH hotel. Not much room, the tenant is relatively simple. The room is relatively small, the facilities are simple, but clean, the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator, television and air conditioning are available , provision of drinking water and soap, no other toiletries. Can not wash clothes in the room. Little garden is lovely, and provide cookies and coffee in the morning.

the stuffs are nice and helpful, though they don't speak english.

Very small dark rooms. Bathroom door only half height. Very noisy in the early morning. Room not cleaned properly, rubbish not removed, even from the bathroom! We only stayed one night of our two night booking.
