The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a broad variey of day trips and excursions available from the hotel. The in-room massage service is very professional and reasonably priced.
The hotel is nowhere near any thing in particular, and you need a taxi to get to the famous night bazaar. Some of the staff at reception can be rude and unhelpful.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and was one of the best on our trip. The rooms were clean and comfy. The only real downside to this hotel was its location: it was far away from any real place of interest, and depending when you stay, on the weekends the road to the hotel is closed because of a the market, which can make it difficult to get to.

A budget hotel in a quiet location near to Sunday market and 10 min walk to chaing mai centre. My stay was comfortable and i would probably stay again if my budget was tight. Convenience stores are close . It's also a 5 min walk to restaurants and cafes on the main street. For the price, this wasn't a bad hotel.
