nice interior design (traditional Thai culture), clean, friendly staff
for international buffet, give some options to have non-spicy or mild spicy food for foreigners who cannot take too much hot food
Overall, I was very sastisfied with the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always came by to see if I needed assistance whenever they saw me running around on my own. I really liked the interior design of the hotel as it was cusstomized to more Thai culture and, therefore, did not have a commercial feeling typical of a hotel chain. The food was average and I had higher expectations of the "famous" international buffet dinner. Although I did not get a chance to try out the pool, it definitely looked very inviting and I will be sure to take advantage of it on my next stay
Shopping Tip : Pleasantly surprised the night market was within close walking distance

Great staff, beautiful hotel, love the swimming pool.
Minor air condition issue
The staff was very friendly and respectful, we were greeted with smiles and treated with respect during our entire stay.
Location is very close to the night bazaar, within 5 min walk.
The swimming pool was gorgeous, and arriving in Chiang Mai during low season resulted in a big empty pool with just me and the girlfriend, excellent.
Only issue we had was with the air condition being too cold, after I got home I received email from the general manager about the issues addressed on the suggestions card filled out at check out. Very good customer service.

Very clean hotel. The fitness center has modern equipment. Staff were all very helpful.
The Spa was out of service. The location was a bit aways from most venues.
All in all our stay at the hotel was very good. The hotel staff were very helpful and more than willing to assist us in all matters. The hotel was very clean and quiet. In fact a bit too quiet. There were very few guests in the hotel and I would say that was the biggest problem. The nightclub had no guests in it. So if your the type of person that enjoys talking with new people, then this is not the place for you.
