Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

great location in old town
huge 4 poster beds and magnificent bathrooms.. out of this world !
8.7
This hotel takes your breath away.. luxury at its best. especially the bathrooms!
it is situated right in the heart of old Chiang Mai.
Free internet access
One problem is that there is no lift and a lot of stairs
Also the resturant does not seem to be open except for breakfast.
But there are plenty of good places to eat near by.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A look location for seeing the old city and all the temples...and there are a lot !
good for modern shops too on the other side of the inner city "walls"

Exceptional hotel and staff
Beautiful luxurious rooms, amazing attentive staff
10
We have been traveling for the last 8.5 months, mostly staying at mid-priced hotels... this is the very best hotel we have stayed at in the entire time.
The rooms are beautiful. Big comfy bed, large balcony, luxurious bathrooms with very large shower and double jacuzzi tub.
The breakfast included with the room was delicious. Great variety and attentive service in the restaurant.
The hotel also did complimentary pick up and drop off at the airport, as well as including free wifi.
The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were kind, friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. I have honestly never seen anything like it.
This hotel truly deserves to be called a boutique hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and when we return to Chiang Mai we wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else.

hotel staff very helpful, just walking distance to sunday night market, although it's not a big hotel only 15-16 rooms but with this room rate through travel agency i think this is the best within this grade.

Really terrific, friendly boutique hotel
Right in the centre of old Chiang Mai. Very friendly and helpful staff
8.3
For a family of 4 including two younger teenagers, we had a really enjoyable time staying with the friendly folks at Sirilanna Chiang Mai Hotel. Nothing was too much of a problem. We had connecting business rooms via the small veranda looking over the pool area. Cool drinks on arrival, really friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfasts - choice of European or American with beautifully presented fresh tropical fruits made for a great start to each day. The hotel is situation within the precinct of old Chang Mai which made it easy to walk to various Wats and the night bizarre and plenty of restaurants. Very good value for money. Thoroughly recommended - just remember to take insect repellent for the evenings as the mosquitoes are fairly prolific we found.

Excellent rooms and bathroom in a great location
5 star rooms, good location to walk around chiang mai
8.7
We were given a beautiful room with craved wood furniture and a huge bathroom. The balcony was a great place to people watch. Breakfast was lovely and service was good. Friendly staff, and well worth the money!
Nightlife Tip:
Chiang Mai feels like a small town even though it is a large(ish) city. There are LOTS of activities from which to choose. Although we loved Chiang Mai, you must be careful which streets you walk down, as sex tourisim is popular here.

Luxury and service all the way
Stunning room, lobby and pool area
9.7
The moment we set foot in the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a cold drink and a willing response to our request to book a couple of trips straight away. We were only staying one night so no time to lose!
Our room was beautiful - the hotel is only 2 years old but built in a Traditional Thai style and the room was spacious, gorgeously decorated and equipped: fruit bowl, good stock of drinks in the fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, robes & slippers. Four poster bed and a stunning bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower and great decor.
Advice was freely given and recommendations made - nothing was too much trouble.
The pool was like an oasis in a courtyard - lush vegetation and lovely soft towels and lots of seating.
Breakfast outside the room on the pool terrace was lovely and we were able to leave our bags whilst we went on a trip.
This is a truly family run hotel with daughters, nieces and nephews involved and it shows - they are justly proud of what they have there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tiger Kingdom and the Elephant/rafting trip were both full on and enjoyable. No need to be concerned about the Tiger experience controversial reputation - I felt perfectly happy that their mission was justified, their treatment, care and relationships with the tigers are all genuine and the tigers are definitely NOT drugged. An English couple were volunteering there and confirmed that the care was very good.
