Sirilanna is always an extremely good hotel. This time was no exception.
Rooms were immaculate, service was well above average, breakfasts were very good.
The staff are very well prepared and the service is exceptional.
Within the Old City and easy walking ot tuk-tuk distance to all markets, etc.
A very high quality stay.
So much great food within short walks of the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The saturday evening walking street markets are exceptional and within easy walking distance. Great bargains on high quality silver jewellery from the resident and licensed silversmiths.
Also, just around the corner is Thais That Bind 162/6 Phrapokklao Road which is a small eatery run by two ladies. The food is exceptional and very cheap.

Staff are very attentive, great room, close to everything in the old city

Very relaxing. Staff are very helpful and very accommodating. Even when my wife got sick they took us to the hospital and picked us up when finished for no extra cost. The manager said that if we needed an extra day for my wife to recover it would be free of charge

i have stayed here several times.
it is romantic and stylish, the staff is very friendly and helpful. they gave me a free transfer to another hotel in chiang mai once my stay was over.
the location in chiang mai is good for walking to the center of the action at thepae gate (eastern side of the old town...6 minute walk), or to the night market near the le meridien (12 minute walk).
this hotel is charming with its northern thai ambience. highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Le Spice restaurant near the Le Meridien.
Indian Halal food. World-class. Inexpensive. Try the Tandoor Chicken.

A pretty little place in a quiet area of Chiang Mai city which is easily accessible by foot and is just a 10 minute walk from the weekend market.
The best part of the hotel is the Jacuzzi bath in a bedroom with a four-post bed and a pool right in front of the room entrance.
Staff are very friendly. Ideal for relaxation vacations.

great hotel set in a quiet surrounding. centrally located within the old walled city. good quality breakfast offered however did not use the restaurant for other meals as many restaurants available within the surrounding area. good night market within a 5 minute walk from hotel on a sunday night only. transport required to get around the city, motorbikes reasonably priced. hotel has available parking spaces

Take insect repellant. ATM's charge a service fee for cash with drawl.

clean and cozy , only breakfast small choice .

it was located in the old city, luckily not too difficult to get transport. the lady owner (sophie) sat there everyday thus the service is impeccable.She also helps in the tour bookings, quite convenient. Nothing bad to comment, only good things like service, clean, smiles etc. Wish breakfast got a little more choice.
