Good centrally located place to stay, staff do the bare minimum to keep it clean, could get noisy if many people staying there, pool area is very small and can get crowded, room was clean and quiet, lots of mozzies in lobby area which staff don't do much to minimise, good value for money, good nearby eateries with healthy choices

We had a good stay. The room was under decorated and the bathroom was a bit gross... I didn't expect any more than that. The hotel is in a great location in Chiang Mai--close to everything being in the old city, but far enough that it's not too loud at night. Call to confirm your reservation a few days ahead of time, because when we got there, they did not have our reservation and they were full. They sent us to another hotel and paid for the hotel and the transportation, and when we returned the next morning, we were given free breakfast all week, so we were satisfied with that. I'd stay again. Cute hotel and a low price.

Location is good, Cheap Price, but don't expect you can get something in there. The room is not very clean and a lots of mosquito in the room. yes, they have two pool in the house, but I did not swim in there because of the water may not clean. The staff are nice. If you want find a room is cheap and convenience. This is it.

Staff were really helpful, breakfast OK, place a in need of attention,but location was perfect. short walk to great restaurants and bars, local pick up for tours easy. Any negatives were overcome by the price, quite cheap!

The place is in a great location. The decoration around the hotel is great with the trees, pool, and jacuzzi. But the room is rundown, the toilet doesn't work the way is should. The lights in the room are too bright since it has only large (40 watts) fluorescent light in the main area and no other lamps that gave a warm feeling. The room is not clean.

Absolutely horrific... and that is an understatement. I am traveling with a friend and we had just taken a bus for 10 hours to arrive in Chiang Mai. We paid for a tuk tuk to the hotel which was 150 baht. We then go to check in and they give us a key to a room and they escort us to the room. As they are opening up the door, the manager calls to us and says that we had to stay at her "other hotel" (because the hotel was booked..right...) which was across town and far from where we had wanted to be, since the only thing good about the original hotel was indeed the location of it. The general manager had told us that she wanted to send us to her other hotel which was far cleaner and better (We thought maybe since we were booking on Agoda they wanted a better review, but we didn't have a choice anyways). Well first off we had to pay for the TAXI they called for us which was 140 baht. Then we arrive at this other hotel to be checked in to this room that reeked of mold, no swimming pool, across town in a back alley, and this was my friends first time traveling to Chiang Mai. I then went to the front desk to complain and i said i would like to go back to the other hotel because that is what Agoda had booked for us. They tried to also make me pay for a TUK TUK back and i refused so they took care of it. When we arrived back at the other hotel they then escorted us to a different room (which was smaller and only one bed). It was probably the worst room there. But wait for it, in our bathroom there was a full scale tree in there being infested by every bug in Thailand. At this point we were only there for one night and we just bit our tongues and stayed put. Overall, The pictures are NOTHING like the website. The pictures show only the suite next to the main lobby and the pool area is no where near as nice as shown. Do not stay here, it was the worst experience i have ever had in Thailand and i have been here for many years and never have i had a place this bad
