doesn't look particularly special from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean with comfy beds. check-in isn't until 2 pm and the door is locked most of the time which makes it hard for visitors to find & meet up. caters to the gay population, just fyi. good location with restaurants nearby, and nimman only a 10 min. walk away.

location: opposite kad suan kaew shopping complex and lotus hotel, a 7-11 (good fruit selling stand in front) and lemontree diner 1 min waking, nimmahaemin 10 min walk, thapae gate 10-15 min by 20 baht song tiao (pick-up truck-bus - the red ones).
rooms: aged but well maintained and clean, comfy bed, cool aircon, with the fridge and microwave, ensuite room with weak water shower (4th floor)
facilities: good wifi signal and speed at lobby bar, a third floor guest lounge with free beverage (juice and coffee), no elevator (weak kneed please ask lower floor)
staff: excellent, very friendly, and can point you to the local bars/restaurants if you ask them. the owner shana caters to your needs, just tell what kind of holidays you desire, she can help you arrange
bar: did not try though, but lots of expats
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for room 3 if you want quiet, it does not face the busy Hua Kaew road, for better sleep

not very good location but it's ok, just at the northwest of the old town, near central plaza, not far away from chiangmai university.
there is a light bar under floor, it close at around 12 so it is not very noisy. but as some rooms are along the hwai kaue road, it would be very noisy.
they don't seem like to have a reception service all the time, you will get your own key to every gate you need to get through. but they do cleaning everyday.
based on the cheap price, don't expect too much on the breakfast.

ショッピングモールのはす向かい、通りに面したゲストハウス

ショッピングモール、『カッドスアンケーオ』から見て向かいの左。徒歩1～２分なので、日常の買い物に大変便利。ホイケオ通りに面しているので簡単に見つかる。一階はバーになっていて、お店を通らないとゲストルームに入れない。２階にお店との仕切りのドアがあるのでうるさくて眠れないということもない。ゲストルームは２階に２室、３階に１室しかないので、バスルーム（各階１つ）が混むということはない。家具もタオルもまだ新しい、GHにしては清潔な感じ。水も一日２本。一回、お店が忙しかったのか忘れられた（ご愛嬌）のですが、３階のダイニングに飲料水用タンクがあるので、そこからもらった。朝はこのダイニングでシリアルやトースト焼いたりできるようになっている。自分は買ってきたインスタントのおかゆを食べたり、電子レンジでパンを温めたりした。ただこのダイニングは通りに面していてサッシがなくカーテン一枚でベランダに開放されている、（タバコ吸いたい人のため？）ので小さい蟻が多かった。
一階のBarはお姉さんみたいなお兄さんが居る店ですので、飲むのがお好きな方は楽しいかも。マネージャーがバーで夜遅くまで働いているので、朝出かける方は最初に渡される鍵で自由にお店の銀行側のチェーンの鍵を開けて出かけてね～、というシステム。３泊しましたが、一泊円は場所代込みでも多少高いかな。

Huay Kaew Road( 日本語ではファイゲオですが、現地ではフワイクェウ？みたいな発音の人もいました)沿いにあるので、わかりやすい場所にあります。でもチェンマイ駅でトゥクトゥクの運転手さんに聞いてもわからないで、チェンマイオーキッドの前で降ろしてもらうように頼みました。わたって左に向かって歩き、セブンイレブンを越してちょっとするとありました。
部屋はちょっと暗めで素敵なデザインで、タオルやシーツなどもきれいでふかふかでした。
一フロアに部屋が二つしかないので、たまたまもう一つの部屋にはお客さんがいなかったのもありますが、好きなときにバスルームも使えてよかったです。
夜はバーに欧米人が特に多く集まって、楽しげにお酒を飲んでいました♫
スタッフも、夜は英語が話せる人が多かったですが、朝昼はあまり通じないような人だけのときがありましたが、ジェスチャーとか片言の英語で一生懸命伝えようとしてくれて、とても感じのいい人だったので特に問題はないと思います。
お隣りにサンドイッチやさんがあったり、ショッピングセンターにはなんでもあるので、長期滞在する人にもお勧めだと思います。

มีคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ใช้ โอเคเลยครับ ข้างๆมีร้านหมูแดงพอใช้ได้
ถ้าไปเพื่อธุรกิจ ไม่เหมาะครับ เพราะทำเลไม่ดี

ทำเลดีพอสมควรห้องพักก็ดีพอตัว
ห้องพักเมื่อเทียบกับขนาดของเกสเฮ้าท์นั้นก็ถือว่าใหญ่ดี อยู่ในถนนสายหลัก ห้องน้ำก็พอได้

ก็ดีนะครับ แต่ของเสียคือ เวลา แขกคนอื่นจะมาพักจะพาบันไดและบันไดติดกับห้องน้ำด้วย ซึ่งจริงห้องน้ำควรอยู่ในห้องพัก ของดีก็ ok นะครับ มีเยอะดี ขนาดห้องใหญ่ดี อยู่ในถนนสายหลัก เดินทางสะดวกเพราะมีรถผ่าน
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ควรไปเที่ยวดอยที่มีในเชียงใหม่ ที่สำคัญไปนอนค้า่งคืนเลยจะดีมาก
