Upgrade to deluxe room as those are far superior and quite satisfactory. If you need any clothes altered there is a lady with a sewing machine who is very good (and cheap). She sits on the footpath just around the corner on Loi Kroh Road.

OK for the price Guest Rating: 7

Good location

breakfast pretty basic

The Star hotel is a good budget option, and not bad value for the price. The rooms are a good size, although pretty dated and not entiely clean. They allow use of a pool at the nearby Suriwongse Hotel, small but OK. The location is great for the night bazaar, and all shopping and sighseeing. Good eating places at night bazaar, food court with free Thai dancing show. Nearby Dim Sum restaurant at top of Panthip Plaza has a great dim sum lunch with a view.

Shopping Tip : less than 5 mins walk to night bazaar

Close to the heart of Chiang Mai! Breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel, and I think I look reasonable accommodation expenses paid. The staff is bright, can you put some good.

When I went to two months, the water in the shower out of ZU, the bulb was out of the bedside lamp. Perhaps because I think there are many old hotels GUNIHANAOSHITEHAKURETAGAYAHARI failure.

Day 1 is so many people stayed, but the buffet breakfast, eggs to order the second day, did all you can eat bread and drink. We have a shortage of vegetables, salads and absolutely I want to travel.

Travel tip : Saying the economy is bad, he was surprised at the large hotels have been built near the Star Hotel. It is easy to buy the market is gradually improving.

1. 2 from the night market is very near. Hostels and cheap bed and breakfast

1. Hotel Lobby 2 obsolete and inadequate lighting. Room carpet does not clean 3. Breakfast narrow range

Hotel location very good, on the main streets in the middle of the night market at the back of an alley at night is very quiet environment. From the ancient East Gate have a long way to go, then walk about 20 ~ 30 minutes to arrive. Comparison of the old hotel itself, Front Desk Service personnel are more indifferent attitude, but for a limited budget for the backpacker, or can be worth considering an alternative accommodation.
