All units have separate living room and bedroom, and offers ample space to stretch out. Bedroom has a electronic safe. Units also have free wireless access.
I had booked the smallest unit. And there was no TV in the bedroom. Only a TV in the living room. When I asked the front desk, they indicated that they have plans to move the current TV from the living room into the bedroom, once they receive flat screen TVs for the living rooms. Hotel does not have a restaurant. But there are lots of tiny restaurants within walking distance (on Thapae Road).
The hotel is situated at the end of Soi 3 (which is a narrow road off Soi 4). But easy enough to walk to the main road (Thapae Road). The night bazaar is within walking distance (about 8 - 10 mins). Alternatively, you can flag down the public bus that drive around town (they are the RED colored pickup trucks) and have them bring you to anywhere within the town for 20 baht. They do stop and pick up other passengers though. But worth the experience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Check out the elephant camp while you're in Chiangmai. It's a worthwhile trip!

Friendly staff, good service and good location.
Checking in at studio99 was a very pleasant surprise! As we were travelling with two young children we tried for the serviced apartment type accommodation. We had the two bedroom apartment and there was plenty of space, a separate lounge and separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything was modern and immaculately clean. The location was great near to the night bazaar but still very peaceful. The small lane which the apartment was situated on was quiet and my children played with the local children outside in safety as there no cars could drive through. The staff was always friendly and helpful and gave plenty of attention to our children. We usually end up going for hotel rooms with a joining door but Studio99 was a great solution to accommodating my family and remarkably excellent value. I can not fault this place

I can't sing enough praise for this place. Spacious. Love the balconies, the sofa, the breakfast table. It feels like home, only better, because you are actually on holiday.
Nothing really. A bath tub may be, but it is good as it is.
This is the best place I had stayed in Chiangmai. It is tucked away on a quiet street off the busy Thapae Road and is very close to everything - Sunday Market, Night Market, secondhand bookstores. There are also plenty of good restaurants serving vegetarians and other meals nearby on Thapae Road. My weakness was the Khanom Krok (Thai Coconut Pudding) sold at the street stall in the morning.
Restaurant Tip : Head to Aum Restaurant just inside the Thapae Gate on the left for a good vegetarian meal. Try the Khao Soi (Curry Noodle) and the burger.
