Perfect place for family vacation
very spacious, good location, very clean and the staff are friendly
9.7
We stayed here at studio 99 apartment for 5 nights during our recently trip to Chiang mai. We are impressed by the space and the cleanliness of this hotel. We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment which equipped with a kichenette and a living area. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely recommend it to friends who travel to chiang mai. It is located not far from the famous walking street, the Night Bazaar and are surrounded by amenities nearby.

Stayed here with my husband and 3 friends. The apartment was clean, modern and was a great place to come back to after an exhausting day with elephants/markets all the stuff you get up to in chiangmai.
The only downside was that its up an alley that most cars cannot fit through, the walk to the cross street isnt far though (maybe 2mins).. and we ended up telling tuk tuks/ tour companies to just drop us too at the closest busy street and walking to the apartment (theres a shortcut through a carpark to the mainstreet if you stay here.. found out on the last day
The staff there were kind and accomodating and it was a positive experience
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to the baanchan elephant sanctuary! The best experience in thailand!
If youre a sydney sider you should know that the Bondi Vet guy went there.. no behind the scenes cruelty there.. its really a santuary for elephants who have had a hard life.. beautiful and memorable! do it!
ALSO, two doors down from the hotel is a lady who serves breakdast in her backyard.. a lot of locals go there and we enjoyed breakfast there everyday! its yum, homemade and no stomach aches!

Great location and comfortable
location, kitchenette, large apartment space
9
The apartment was very spacious. The furniture is really nice and contemporary, but don't expect other things (e.g., bathroom, fixtures, etc.) to be as nice. The location of the hotel is great with just a 5 minute (3-4 blocks) walk to the night market and a 8 min walk to the Ta Phae Gate. The office (or service person/concierge) is there from early morning to the evening to help with all of your questions and tour reservations.
To go with your kitchenette, there is a Tops market and a 7-Eleven 5 min away.

Large and bright, modern serviced apartment
Good location; great service with a smile; loved the private terraces (main floor); even good wardrobe and storage space (a rare thing)
9.3
We would recommend it anytime. Unable to find any fault. Professional staff provided smiling help ranging from lending umbrellas to arranging reasonably priced excursions.
No food or dining provided but many excellent restaurants around and equipped kitchen can do the trick for breakfast and light meals.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Room 2 on the main floor.

great serviced apartments
location, cleanliness, nice staff
9.3
My ground floor apartment was great. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a private garden on the ground floor. The apartment is difficult to find if driving and parking is limited to 3 cars, however I had no problem whilst staying there 4 days. Very convenient location down a quiet street but still very central.

99 out of a 100!
Peace and quiet; luxurious; huge apartment; own garden area; close to Tha Pae Road & Night Bazaar; staff etc
9.3
My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I was shown my apartment. It was huge and everything was just brilliant. Large comfy bed; nice hot showers; fridge; cooker rings (didn't use); quiet air-con in both lounge and bedroom; well-appointed bathroom; own private suntrap of a garden are (I had apartment 1 on the ground floor). Had the best night's sleep during my 3 week trip. Will definitely use again when I am next in Chiang Mai.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Aum organic vegetarian restaurant just along from the Tha Pai Gate. Fab food and cheap with it.
