Location of hotel is very strategic, as night market immediate right in front of the hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and helpful.

Breakfast almost same everyday, improvement will be needed.

Very convenient at the heart of Night Bazaar close to shopping attraction.

improper function of hot water in the bathroom, the dirtiness of the bed room.

Very valued for money best location if you want to shop on the night Bazaar street close to 7 eleven, Mcdonald, Subway and etc. and the hotel offer a good breakfast, if you don't mind about the room which is cramped and old fashion decoration here is one of the best place to stay. Anyway more information should be given like no connecting room on Superior type cause we went with family so we need connecting door but we booked the superior then we have to downgrade to normal room in order to earn that connecting door, or tea and coffee maker is not free which i think the hotel should have provided for the guest. But anyway it is worth recommended to the guest who is on budget.

Shopping Tip : For those who like the shopping stall offering varieties of goods the Night Bazaar is just directly on the door step of the hotel

Proximity to night bazaar, large and clean rooms, early check in

Nothing much

Excellent value for money - a minute from the night bazaar, spacious and comfortable rooms and close to several good eating options from local cuisine to McDonalds / Burger King and an excellent food court. There are 4 travel companies operating in the lobby and the one we used - Chiang Mai Empress - was better than the best rates we could negotiate among those in the night bazaar.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try Chiang Mai Empress travels in the lobby - they negotiate on prices and offered better rates than what we got at the night market for a Kantoke Dinner and sightseeing package

Excellent service by the staff Very good choice of breakfast .........Good clean rooms

Only thing that i disliked during my stay was that the hotel bar closed early

Had an excellent stay at this hotel and will use again when next in Chaing Mai. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean with an excellent breakfast menu. Hotel is in easy walking distance of all ammenities and the night market is a must visit and only a few minutes to get to.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Barter with the taxi drivers and tuc tuc drivers outside the hotel to get a better deal

This hotel seemed to be in a good, safe location in Chiang Mai with quick & courteous attention when a service was requested. Free Internet. Great affordable food in buffet.

Room was not clean, mold in bathroom, carpet needed a good clean.

Location was suitable to our needs. We did ask for another room as the bathroom & carpet needed cleaning. They were prompt to attend to this request, carpet still wasn't clean, but overall it was an improvement. The breakfast was varied, tasty & good value. We had the buffet lunch on our final day, couldn't believe the excellent choices for the price. Free internet was a bonus.

Hotel Feature Tip : Take advantage of the hotel buffet for either lunch or dinner.

Great Location, Large Rooms, Free Internet

Poor Breakfast, Old fashioned rooms

Good location for this hotel, but the rooms are a little bit old fashioned and dated. The free internet is nice and the rooms although a bit shabby are quite large. Breakfast is a bit poor.

Shopping Tip : Located right by the night bazaar

Great Location, right at the heart of town. Good price, only if you book thru agoda

Old, bed not too comfortable.

The King size bed is actually 2 singles joined, so if you like sleeping right at the middle of the bed, you will be on the hard edges. Besides being at the center of night bazaar, you are not far from the best night spots yet not too near to hear all the loud music in the room.

Nightlife Tip : Great night spots nearby for you to meet interesting party animals.

Clean room and great location.

The hotel should consider providing spare toilet roll in the bathroom.

There are 3 of us adults and we requested for an extra bed which was firm and comfy unlike some which gave me a severe backache. The room, though a little tired, was generally clean and comfortable. There are only 2 TV channels in English: BBC and National Geographic. Tuk-tuks and taxis are readily available. Local travel and tours agents are to be found along the streets. We took a day trip to the must-see touristy places and spent the rest of our stay weaving in and out of all the streets of the city. Had dinner before our departure in the Suriwongse Hotel's restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the in-house live band. Played English and Mandarin numbers from 7 pm onwards. Very relaxing.

Hotel Feature Tip : Love the live band - they accept songs requests too!

Location

Old smelly rooms. Lack of understanding English by staff. Non policing of non-smoking policy.

This hotel is in the hub of the markets - great location. Our first visit found us in a smelly room with tiles missing from bathroom. Second visit we upgraded to De-luxe - same size room except all tiles were there and didn't smell. - wasn't worth the extra. The hotel needs repair but quite comfortable for price. Handy to airport and shops.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Elephant Nature Park is a must - we stayed 2 days 1 night. Tiger Park - playing and having teenager Tiger on lap was awesome.

The location is nice.

A little bit old.

The location is best! Very close to the Night Bazzar. It's very easy to go shopping, dining, doing anything. The building looks a little old, but the staffs are very friendly and the restaurant is nice and reasonal for the price. I stayed with my teen-aged girls and my mother aged over 70. All of us are satisfied with this hotel.
