Quiet, Relaxing Hotel
Clean, comfortable rooms, Good breakfast, Beautiful Pool Area, Friendly and Helpful Staff

Although the Hotel was a few Km from Chaing Mai Old Town it was easy to find transport to take you in. Local Shared Taxis, Tuk Tuks etc were easy to flag down. Hotel also provided free transfer every evening at 1830. Hotel Transport also offered free pick up and drop off to/from Airport, Bus or Train Stations. Saw many nice Hotels in Chaing Mai but none seem to offer the comfort, quiet and relaxed atmosphere the Grabd Napat provided. Plenty of cheap eating places nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Head to the Riverside Rest for great food, beautiful location.

After staying in the mercure, this place was luxury. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in 7 months. All the food was fresh and the breakfast staff were pretty efficient. The evening meal we had was also tasty and so overall a thumbs up. The location is slightly out of the centre but 100 baht tuk tuk in to the markets etc does not break the bank and so it makes a quiet location. The only one thing that let it down was the gym equipment, it was quite unsafe and most of the machines were broken.

Only point of improvement may the Breakfast menu need a thought to improve to suit the vegetarian person. Otherwise all other facilities are upto the mark

Friendly and helpful staffs

Staffs at front desk were very helpful throughout our stay. We have asked them to book several local tours and activities. Some of them can speak Mandarin, which makes it easier for us to communicate when English is not an option.
Location is a bit far from most of the sightseeing areas but red cabs is everywhere in Chiang Mai, so dont worry too much.

The hotel is great place to stay, provide a good large room and good taste breakfast.
The room has tv flat screen with DVD player. The bathroom has shower with warm water also bathroom amenities.
Nice staffs.
The hotel is quite difficult to find. Far from main road.

This was our fourth stay and it is still a great place to relax in comfort. Walking distance to the old quarter and hotel provides a shuttle service to the night market.The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff are most helpful. Our friend left her passport in the hotel and it was delivered to our next hotel which was a great relief.
Shopping Tip:
The dentsl hospital is close to the hotel.

We like the serviced apartment. They have a very nice pool. Surrounding they have small stall for some snack. There is a 7 eleven nearby too. The hotel is clean. Only the shower water is a bit small. The breakfast have limited choices. Almost everyday they served the same food. No variety.
