Pleasant hotel with comfy beds
9.3
Great price hotel and location near the Night Bazaar. Big rooms are great. Ask for one overlooking the pool. Helpful staff. Did not eat in the hotel but it seemed popular. Lots to do around you. Tour counter is expensive so book tours and taxi from outside. Lots to choose from around the corner.

Good location but simple, no LCD TV
Friendly staff, provide free wheel chair, spacious lobby
7
Good hotel but a bit run down, need to upgrade some equipment in the hotel room, like LCD TV, and convenient electrical outlet for charging mobile etc. Sometime forget to change towels and floor mate. Shower head does not have a good spray. Good location, very near to nite bazaar. Lack of good food outlets for breakfast, except fast food.

Well located, nice pool and friendly staff.

We stayed here some years ago and enjoyed it then. Easy walk to markets and old city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For the more adventurous we recommend the "Flight of the Gibbon" tour. Great fun even for the over 50's.

Make sure you take a day trip to chiang Rai to visit the white temple. Even if you are over temples this one is something different and worth the trip.

Good location, good facilities hard to fault
Great pool, excellent location close to night market, helpful staff, great breakfast selection

styaed for just under a week with 3 children (10 and under). clean and comfortable rooms, easy walking distance to night market and not too far from old city wall. plenty of options close by for food, tours, laundry etc. was close to the 'girly bars' which meant due to some of the clientele (not the ladies) we didn't want to walk the kids down that particular street after dark but easily avoided by grabbing a tuk tuk if coming from that side of town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to the Night Safari and feed the arapinia's. and if have a family, hire a car to visit the big temple and go to the 'umbrella making' village as a great day trip
