Excellent service but deluxe room is small
Friendly ground staffs all round from door to counter.

we check into a deluxe room expecting to see fully pack facilities as others 4 star rated hotel but to our disappointment,many of the amenities are not there, such as tooth brush,shave kit,,etc..the water that came out from the tap are smell of rush as though many day have not been use..
overrall, are happy with our stay...

Great location, older style hotel

advertised as 4 star but definitely 3 star.
older hotel in need of a major renovation.
staff were excellent, mix up with booking resulted in a honeymoon couple in our group being upgraded.
rooms were clean but decor is tired.
location is excellent, night market is only one block away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Yee Ping festival will be on the 28th November 2012.
This is a world class festival and is a "must see".
Street processions, 100,000 hot air ballons released, thousands of floating candle lit wreaths on the river.

Nice rooms, nice outside dining, very good location for shopping and dining.

good service, but breakfast bufet was not good. the pancakes, pastries and waffles are like cardboard. the bacon was only half-cooked. just not much in hte way of western items for breafast.
Shopping Tip:
Night market is only 2 blocks from hotel. Night club street is only one black from hotel.

We stayed for one week and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place, good security, close to the night market and a short walk to the old city wall. I will stay again at this hotel on my next visit
Shopping Tip:
Don't forget you must haggle, cut the price by 50% and work close to that.

Nice hotel in good location near the night bazaar and many restaurants. The rooms are getting a bit dated but are clean. The pool area is very nice with two swimming pools. The fitness room needs repair and upgrading. The breakfast spread is very good. We also like the Chinese restaurant on the second floor, they serve very good Dim Sum.

great value for money. good location just a few minutes walk from the night bazaar. the hotel is very popular with weddings and conferences. the breakfast is very good. try the dim sum at the chinese restaurant on the second floor, they are great! the "fitness center" in dire need of some tlc.
