Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location and great breakfast
Room was clean and breakfast was extensive.

Nice hotel and will stay here again. The staff were friendly, the room were kept clean and the breakfast was great. Specially loved the Thai milky tea that was made. Great location and easy walking to most places. WiFi internet was a pain having to enter a new password every day or two but it's free, can't complain.

a ver impressive hotel when one enters the reception area and then discovers the facilities available including outside swimming pool.. however, take the lift to the floors above and all of the rooms will be in need of modernization whether you stay in superior or deluxe rooms. they are clean though and reasonably well equipped. the breakfast fare is very good and so is the location. does the hotel provide value for money? not quite.
Nightlife Tip:
The night market is a mere 5 minute walk away.

First time I step up in this hotel I can see how busy of the front saff. Ya I can wait...so long...look like I not in their eyes. Maybe I am Thai. After checked in, front staff sent door cards to me so i can see no saff waiting to bring me to my room or even help me to carry my suitcase. All of that bcoz I am Thai and this hotel is only welcome for forgianer?

Great locations plus free wifi
Location cannot be beaten
8.7
Have stayed many many times at the Imperial Mae Ping and it cannot be beaten for its great location. Just steps away is the night market of Chiang Mai. In addition, there are friendly family owned laundries ready to do your wash right outside the hotel grounds. With the addition of free wifi in your room this makes for a perfect stay. A full buffet breakfast gets you day off to a great start.
Restaurant Tip:
Arun Rai restaurant in the old city.

Very old hotel but a memorable stay
Good location/nice breakfast/personally liked the 15 th floor
7.7
The normal rooms are small but facing the poolside made a quite nice view. This time I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the royal sweet room
Shopping Tip:
Night bazaar is not at all a good deal as in any other parts in Thailand. Though the Sunday market is lovely.
