TJR was one of the best hotel i stayed during my trip to thailand. very centerally loacted at old city , 10 min drive from airport, surrounding by cafes, restro, bars, spa.
The hotel from outside looks like family run service apartments, once stepped in amazed by smiling welcome front desk staff (forgot her name she is jack of all tricks if you need anything at all) , booked studio suit nicely layout with touch of north thai influence , sepreate kitchen, living & balcony. Housekeeping was fantastic every time we stepped out and come back room was nicely clean .I sggest this place to everyone who comes to chiang mai . Keep up the good job guys !!

This hotel is very well located and very convenient to access to places. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Hotel staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Toilets and beds are clean. Air conditioning is adequate. would not hesitate to stay back here in the future if coming back to ChiangMai.

i would highly recommend this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. one staff member waited up until midnight for the late arrivals due to delayed trains and she was up again at dawn to do breakfast - all with a friendly smile. the rooms are amazingly good for the price. i was on the ground floor which could be a bit noisy but not really a problem. breakfast is fine.

First time stay in Chiang Mai and would definately consider staying at this hotel again. It is located in a quiet area which suits me but a short walk for meals and a great massage.

My friend and me had a really pleasant 3 days' stay at the hotel. The place is quite nice with good location and helpful stuff. We booked a tour at the hotel also, which turned out to be an interesting trip.

This guest house type of accommodation is very close to the Sunday Market. Only 5-min walking away from the starting point of the night shopping street. Staffs were helpful to arrange day trips and to bargain for us the best price. Will stay here again next time I visit Chiangmai. The only setback is that there's no elevator, therefore climbing up to the 4th floor can be tough, especially when carrying luggage.

i loved absolutely everything about the tjr boutique. the entire staff is amazing, and nong literally runs to make sure that everything is beyond perfect for all of her guests. she helped my mother and i out with several tours, and was always there to greet as with a smile when we arrived back. the location is wonderful-- close to many massage parlors with the best prices that i saw in town. the street has a real thai feel to it, but is not far from anything-- walking distance to mcdonalds and starbucks if you fancy. i would definitely stay here again.

1) it is a small hotel but with very good service quality
2) the staff is very friendly & being helpful
3) a bit difficult to find if you were driving since the street(actually not a street) to there was like a foot path with motorbikes parked along
4) room was fine with sony lcd, clean & comfortable
