pleasant hotel with an helpful staff

Nice hotel on the edge of the Old City, walking distance from the center of the city. Also conveniently close to a travel agency. Breakfast was ok, but nothing more.
The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful.
There was free, in-room wifi, as well as a personal safe & mini bar.
Wouldn't stay here in the future however, as it is the same price as a 4 - 5 star hotel in the center of the city.

Quite and clean hotel

Before we booked, we made a contact with the hotel to make sure we will get two adjacent rooms so we can be with our children. The hotel stuff was very cooperative. I felt safe to do this booking.
The hotel is clean in general. Breakfast is OK.
Sweeming pool is clean and quite.
Rooms were clean. Some small ants were found in our room.
Shower and toilet were clean.

we stayed here for 2 nights and were happy with the rooms pool & service the hotel is in a great location this is a smaller personal type hotel with just a short walk to most things you might need.even the mini bar was good prices which was a plesant supprise the only let down was the breakfast it could have been better everthing was let to go cold ! but this would not stop me staying here again as all the good things over weighed the cold breakfast !
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Bikers corner Bar & Restaurant which is 5 min walk great food & great atmosphere

Nice Hotel and Great Location

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel but you should be self-prepared in terms of the activities that you plan to do and where to eat since the hotel staff can only assist minimally with this.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Location is great if you are there to walk to many of the sight seeing locations.

Great location lacks warmth

This is lovely holiday that is lacking in warmth and basic hospitality. Only one 1 receptionist and 1 cleaner make a point to smile and greet guests.
The pool is great but breakfast is totally liveness and the toast had tiny insects over them. I also had a lizard crawling in my room and no one tells you how to operate the awkward air conditioner. I left 2 nights earlier forfeiting 2 nights payment. No one query why , only a thank you I did not ask for any refund.

this little hotel is just off the main street near ta phae gate. the sunday walking market is just few steps away from the hotel too. the standard room that we are staying is not big and they were quite some mosquitos in the room. the in room wifi is good. shower curtain is too short or actually hang it too high up thus when shower will wet the whole bathroom floor. breakfast is good for me. sometimes they will have buffet if not you can order unlimited from the menu provided you can finish it all as they will charge for unfinish food. staff are helpful & you can book tours from them. i don't mind to stay here again for the next trip to chiang mai.

if you want some peace and beauty, this is the place for you. staff were helpful and served with a very positive attitude but sometimes they do do'nt know to give simpel infotmation.T HE Location is very close to the center but quiet.
