The hotel is at a good location, near lots of restaurant and not that far from the night market. I just stayed for one night due a late arrival flight. The check-in staff was very polite. He carried my luggage and led me to the third floor for me. My superior room is large, clean, and with a nice balcony. There is also a small swimming pool. Overall, it's a nice hotel in terms of the amount I paid.

OK Hotel but could do better for the price

The hotel was nice but looking a little rundown. The floors were painted cement or something and looked dingy. The walls needed a new coat of paint. There was a cigarette burn in the cushion on my balcony, etc, etc.
Overall, the location was really nice, the breakfast was nothing special but OK, the pool was nice. Overall, it was an OK place but, given the endless number of hotels in Chiangmai, I felt like I could have done better for the money I spent.

great location but small room.
nice pool to cool down in, on a quiet laneway.

room was small but i didn't really need any more space as i was out every day. really nice pool which is needed in the chiang mai heat. lovely area with lots of nice cafes and bars nearby. staff helpful when asked for help but didn't talk much aside from this. i would stay here again as it was so comfortable and great location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the elephant sanctuary is an amazing experience and asia scenic cooking school is fun with a great recipe book to take home. the half day tour up the mountain stopping at a village and then a temple is a bit boring - nice temple but the village is really just a market to make you spend your money.
