For those who worry - we experienced no mosquitos during january (but maybe because of the winter time?). So the River expericence is very positive!
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A longtail boat rafting from Thaton to Chiang Rai is a recommended half day trip. Start at noon in Thaton and stop on the way for the nice Elephant farm on the bank of the Mae Kok River.
