Frans S. Solo travelers Belgium, January 17, 2013	Great accomodation, low price The rooms have everything you need 8.7 The Geusthouse is new and every room has a lot of comfort for a very fair price. Environment is also very nice to bike or whatever. Only it's far from ching Rai center and so making it expensive to go there every day. The owner, Peter speaks english aswell as his wife.

Very quiet but close to restaurants. 10 Very nice stay here. Rooms are very new and spotless. Everything works. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice location close to restaurants, lake, gardens and university. Good signage from the main road to find the place.
Sandrine F. Solo travelers France, January 08, 2013	Emplacement idéal Le personnel et la propreté des chambres 8.3 L'hôtel étant neuf, les chambres le sont aussi et l'hygiène est parfaite. Un grand confort également. Situé loin du centre, le calme y règne et c'est très appréciable. Les alentours sont superbes, en particulier le lac qui se trouve à 20 mètres de l'hôtel. Je vous conseille fortement de louer un vélo et d'en faire le tour, de l'autre côté se trouve un petit parc absolument magnifique. Le personnel de l'hôtel (un couple de thaïlandais) est absolument adorable, ce qui n'est pas vraiment le cas du propriétaire que je trouve hypocrite et malsain. Les prix qu'il affiche pour les visites sont exorbitants, je vous conseil donc à votre arrivée, si vous venez en tuk tuk jusqu'à l'hôtel, de prendre le numéro de téléphone du conducteur et de négocier les visites avec lui, cela vous coûtera deux à trois fois moins cher si vous négociez bien. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Le White Temple est un incontournable de Chiang Rai. Le night market est vraiment très sympa. Si vous vous trouvez face à la Tower Clock à 19h, vous aurez une très belle surprise.
