good value hotel with lovely pool

hotel was very good value . swimming pool large and clean. location was within walking distance of city centre . the staff were very friendly and cheerful but could do with abit more training although they did everything with a smile . the room was very comfortable, the only complaint was it needed to have coffee and tea making facilities overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful hotel

We were very happy with this choice. A bit out of town but an easy walk or tuk tuk rude. 24 hour restaurant and bar served great breakfasts and other meals as well as cocktails. A very relaxed place with friendly staff, would definitely return

Lovely hotel great for relaxation

was under orders to find a nice relaxing hotel for our little trip to chiang mai and the laluna did not fail. arrived to a big smile and a walk through lovely gardens to get to the bungalows. the rooms were nice and spacious the bed we had was massive and very comfortable with free internet. breakfast was good for thai standards and the other food we had there was very good but very pricey for thailand especially the north. a lovely time was had and would stay there again.
the hotel is out on it's own so you need to get a tuck tuck to get anywhere which are very cheap
Shopping Tip:
The bazaar on in town at night is worth a look, take a stroll around and you pick up some nice trinkets, it's all very relaxed and no people trying to force a sale on you

our over all stay was great, however the hotel is unfortunately a far from the city. the rooms are spacious, clean but furnitures are abit worn and we found one of the power point not working.

La Luna provides a good service to hotel guests. Bungalows are roomy and clean. Breakfast is nice. If you want to go downtown, you can either walk (ca 20 mins) or take a tuk-tuk. Hotel offers transport to the airport for 500 THB.

The location is good but the service is very poor

I will definitely not come back to use this hotel because the service of the front desk is very poor.
I went to the hotel pretty late at night and found out that the smell of the room was very worst and when I complained and wanted to change the room. The front desk denied and gave the reason that all the rooms were booked which in fact they reserved for foreigners which they might actually thought that they would paid better than Thais. How ashamed!!

Hire push bikes - easy to get to town. Must see is the clock tower illuminating at 7, 8 and 9 o'clock - bling bling!!!!
