Super friendly, supportive, efficient staff, from management, reception and all the way to restaurant and cleaning staff. Gorgeous, clean, modern, extra spacious rooms in keeping with the local Lanna style. Full buffet breakfast but eggs and bacon can be made to order.

Nak Nakara was a reasonable sort of place, quiet and clean, not too expensive, located close enough to the city to walk around. The breakfast buffet was a bit sparse, but the fried rice was good. Coffee was the usual terrible drip-brewed stuff, might as well drink Nescafe. TV channels were for Thai rather than expatriate, which figures as that's the largest clientele.
All in all, about what we expected and not a bad option for a pleasant little provincial town.

Right in the middle of Chiang Rai city

It was a good and clean hotel. We stayed here twice this year. The staff is a local people, but seem to be nice and easy to communicate with. Very flexible to the late check out. The view within the hotel is just too plain. In comparison to other hotel nearby, I would rate this is an OKAY hotel. The selling point is its location which was in the middle of Chiang Rai city.

An excellent place to rest and recuperate after treks in the surrounding areas.
Comfortable bed and clean room. Good bkfast to start the day. Situated near PDA office (Hill-tribe Museum and Cabbage & condoms restaurant)and with Thai massage in front across the street.
Staff is diligent, helpful and does its best to accommodate your needs.

It was a nice hotel in the city area. All you can eat breakfast. Clean room and free WIFI. I like this hotel because it's in a walkable city area. We can walk to many government offices in less than 5 miniutes.

One of the nicest hotel stay in Thailand. Attentive and helpful staff, they want to make your stay comfortable. They will point you to the appropriate places you need to go. The hotel is behind from PDA office(inside Hilltribe museum) where you can book tours and treks to the villages. Thai massage and hair dresser are nearby.

During our stay we had nothing to complain about.
Pizza restaurant around the corner, serving all types of food.
Saturday walking street 5 min away. Daymarket 10 min, Night market 15-20 min.
The hotel could put some benches / chairs in the shaded area of the garden.

The staff were all very friendly. Upon arrival we were given a map of the town which was very helpful. The room was big and clean. What impressive the most was the location. The hotel is very close to the walking street and recommended restaurant.
