The room is big and clean ans close to Bus Terminal, night market and most importantly food. Here we manage to move around quite easily as there these call "tuk-tuk" that can take you anywhere as long both of you agree the charges. Overall we had a great time staying here. The hotel staff needs to have slightly better command in English as couple of times I had a glitch in communicating with them and yet they never forget service with a smile.Wifi is only available at the lobby and the speed is very disappointing.

people are great and breakfast is perfect ther is many places to go about in chiabgrai. high mountain and nice local people everywhere . the food is great not so hao and spice.

The hotel room was comfortable clean with good facilities, and in a good location close to the night market. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Have a good breakfast. Pool was not the best and water very cold as got no sun. Overall quite a good hotel.

Very close walking distance to the night market.

furintures and room are very clean and classic but little old
swiming pool and other facilities are old
breakfast was very simple and not caring alots about other religinons
location is very quite but imn the center of the city
im going to stay once agin in this hotel if i visit chiangrai again

Great location just around corner from night markets. Comfortable, clean rooms. Good value. There are other hotels/resorts which probably offer more luxurious accommodation but location of this hotel can't be beaten.
Breakfast offerings were fine, enough to choose from and find something to eat although offerings were the same every day. Coffee was better than we've had in other hotels.
Pool area is not very welcoming, lots of concrete and not "pretty" but cools you down after a hot, dusty day.
We didn't dine in restaurant but seemed to have diners every night.
Free wi-fi in foyer was patchy, had to move around to get connection and keep it going. Another guest advised us it to bother paying for in-room wi-fi as he couldn't get a connection either (ran into him in the hallway when he was trying to find a spot that would pick up the signal)
Would definitely recommend this hotel as a reasonably priced, well located option in Chiang Rai.
