For Japaneses only. Thai people are not welcome

It seem that the Thai people are not welcome. They serve only Japaneses. I cannot have event someone to help me bring my luggage to the room.
When I arrived this place, I parked my car at the car park in front of the Lobby. It is a good location as it is very close to the entrance of the hotel. Suddenly, a guard ran to me and told me that I have to move my car to another place. I asked him why? because there was no no-parking sign. He gave me no reason that why I could not park my at that parking slot. So, I insisted to not move my car. I shut down the engine and walk to the lobby. I believe that the guard will give that slot to the Japaneses customer who will give them a big tip.

The hotel has a big free parking just in front (if not difficult to park around in the area), rooms and toilette were clean and in good condition. Gilrs at the reception and at the breakfast were kind and speaking english. The breakfast choice was really good. No noise in the room even if the hotel is near a main street. When you go away from the parking with your car remember to ask before at the reception for a stamp on the parking ticket or it will be asked you to pay the parking at the parking exit.
