Location, location and location. Faciities and services are good and suitable for 3.5 - 4 stars hotel class.

As expected. Location is good as the hotel is situated in the middle of downtown. Food is just adverage but the coffee shop on G level is terrible.

the hotel's central location makes it easy to for shopping and dinning. The staff were friendly and helpful, they made my checking in and checking out a breeze. the rooms very clean and beds were comfortable. overall my stay in Centara Hat Yai was good.

Good location near shopping centres and restuarants. Very nice restaurant and lobby areas with live music playing each night. Professional and helpful, friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast, especially the curries and roti area. Nice pool. Clean rooms. Good value for money. Rooms are a bit dated, as is the hall areas leading to them, but as we do not spend alot of time in our rooms this did not bother us.
