Travelling on motorbike, hotel provide security basement carpark. Good service by bell-boy which wait for us at basement to carry our bags. Very good service by reception and room service. Clean and nice room, Superb aircon!

The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping in Hadyai. The price is a little on the high side but the shopping mall and stalls are mostly within walking distance so hotel guest can save a great deal on taxi or tut-tut fares .so it does make up on the room cost. The room is a little compact but it is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean with good hot/cold water pressure. Hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel carpark is small with limited parking bays but the security is good.
Plenty of food courts and street stalls in the vicinity so dinning and looking for food variety is no issue.
This hotel has good wifi coverage in the room so internet surfing is fast and hassle free.
This hotel will definitely be on my choiced list again when I return in future.

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is surrounded by two malls and lots of street stalls around. Rooms were a bit old, there was no safe in the room, but otherwise, everything is good! Try the massages at the hotel spa, very good massage but on the slightly pricey side. Well worth paying extra for.

the staff had upgrade us to premium room, but not really see any big different. Shower room is basic, which i think it could better for a 4 star hotel. swimming pool, gym room and spa just up stair of lobby. Highly recommend for their spa, at a reasonable price you can get a good spa experience.
Shopping Tip:
Down stair is shopping mall, which have more goods compare to lee garden. Surrounding also a lot of shops. At night, can hop into tuk tuk to night market. There have a lot of cheap clothes etc.
