The hotel is in good location. You can find easy food and things to buy for gifts. The room is just OK with the price. The bad thing is the room air conditioning. It is very noisy.

Room is big and clean and the location is very ideal for adult and young children. Shopping mall such as Central and Odeon is perfect for adult and they are just around the corner. However improvement needed at checking in counter or perhaps management itself.
I booked 3 room and we were there at 12.00pm Msia time. Hotel manage to get us one room first and we were told to come back at 2pm malaysia time for another 2 room. We were there at 3pm to collect the remaining 2 keys however housekeeping is not done. At the end we can only checking in at 4pm for the 2 room.

(5.00pm) recently when I Check In with agoda pre-book small apartment by room no. 2002, after I present the room upgrade voucher, their collect back the 2002 room key, after that their give back the same room no
2002 to me and telling that the room already upgrade to middle room. (I feel confused )
After go in the room, I found that the room was too small (mainly dueto 2 small bed) and I need to change for another room with King SizeBed but yr front staff telling me that have to charged me extra 1800Baht but I dont konw why at the last their inform me that I can upgrade it by my voucher.
The above incident just like a joke but it can happen on such preeminent hotel.

Oasis in a concrete jungle
The lobby is decadent and elegant with excellent acoustics.

The five piece live band including a saxophone, and playing Carly Simon, the Beatles and Kenny Rogers from eight in the evening to one in the morning was quiet professional.
The spa is brand new and professional as well.
The staff at the reception speaks almost no English but that is because they serve mostly the Malaysian tourists.
I received one of the non renovated rooms which had a very tired area rug. The room was not comparable to the public areas of the hotel.

Great location and excellent breakfast
Enjoyable & very comfortable to move around. Interesting vicinity with night food stalls. You can look a lot cheap items at there with a better prices.

(1) Location, (2) Cleanliness, (3) Harbour View (as the room type I have selected), (4) Staff (basically Reception, Conceirge and Housekeepers. Also breakfast is very good. The service is included the free wi-fi for all customers.
