Feedback:-
1. Their room booking are all inclusive of breakfas but voucher
stated clearly no breakfast they did not grant us any.
2. Their wifi system is bad, always need to log in and log out - easily lost connection
3. One of the checked-out staff is not friendly and trying to be funny asking for the hotel
room card to be returned which was not for other 4 rooms that we checked out

Very value for money
I rate this hotel a 4 out of 5. The hotel is quite nice. It is exactly means what it name for hatyai central hotel. I went there with all my relative and family for the songklan festival. Its so fun.

This is my second stay in this hotel. Expected treatment, unfriendly reception, arranged a departure transfer the evening before checking out next day but nothing had been arrange. Services from bellmans is better than receptionist. Working in a five star hotels in my country plus travel regularly, this hotel surprise me of how service staffs able to performs so badly. Came back this stay because of giving another chance. Next visit to hat yai might as well try Lee Garden opposite.

overall it's value for the money.The only 2 things I'm not happy is;the Wi-Fi is very bad aroung the lobby and inside the room.After complaint to the front counter there's no improvemt at all.And the front counter staffs (lobby)was not helpful and especially one of the staff is very rude and unfriendly to the guest.I think the hotel needs to conduct some hospitality and manner course for improvement of their service.
