Smelly rooms, poor Internet, worse service

The2 rooms are smelly, slow check in & check out, Internet poor special room cannot connect Internet, dirty swimming pool, breakfast only a few choose & foods and drinks finish without refill, table not clean with previous customer, waitress with accurate & black face! Dirty tableware! Worse language communicate with customer service! Use 1 hour to open the room while I forgot my key in room! No hot water supply for 2 days I stay! Summary very bad hotel, not recommend to fren!

None of the features of the hotel struck us as outstanding

We will not stay there again. There was no hot water in the bathroom during our stay and water was very cold. Only 1 person spoke English and that too during the day time only. I will never recommend anyone to this hotel again. Overall experience was disappointing.

my second time to stay here. everything is allright except that i got the block B building which i think block A is much much more better. Lift is not working on the final day but luckly we dont have much luggage to bring down. no hot water in the bathroom

The best place for leisure
A big and wide room, big swimming pool, very nice garden and good service too..

It's a nice hotel which is situated near the town. There is a big swimming pool beside the lobby. Restaurant is available there and you may choose to eat Thai's cuisine,Western food and also Chinese cuisine and all of them are very delicious.
You will not have problem on getting a "tuk-tuk" car(taxi) because there will be some "tuk-tuk" car ready for you in front of the hotel and the fare is cheap and reasonable.The service from the hotel is good that they will service you with a smile.
