-Clean along corridor from lift to room
-Water leak from airconditioning system to floor
The hotel is very convenince as it is located in heart of Hat Yai shopping area. You can reach Kim-Yong market or Santisuk area by 5 mins walking. Dinner buffet is very good price and you can enjoy various kind of food.
Shopping Tip : I would say Kim-Yong market is my favorite place to go there. You also can find many things with resonable price comparing with other markets

Nice hotel with comfortable room at a very convenient location.
The bathroom fixtures are dated, they can use some update...
The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to shopping, restuarants and massages. The hotel offers swimming pool, health club and spa services which incidentally runs quite an attractive promotion for a 3 hour spa treatment for men and women. The downside was uring my stay some renovation work were carried out, the sound of drilling and knocking was quite annoying.

Clean, quite, hospitalized
Limousine must cooperate with customers where to collect them up.
I've never been there before. I felt free to stay in South of Thailand thogh there is bome news. It was good clean and nice palce to stay. There are several shops to buy souvenirs. Staff are professional with warm welcome. Food is tasty.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel is clean and nice quite palce to stay and is the heart of shoping area.
