We appreciated the hotel's decoration and good services they served us like wireless.
Novotel Centara Hadyai is one beautiful hotel in south of Thailand. We appreciated to the best services they gave us during we stayed there. But we hope the hotel will serve the free limousine to the airport due to we have a big group of accompany. Anyway, we can say that we like this place.

Very centralised in Hatyai. Aircond is very cold. The morning buffet breakfast and the Japanese Buffet Dinner are worth the money. The bed is king sized and large enough for three small sized people.
The floor of the room is not fully carpeted. Aircond in the lobby is not very strong.
The hotel people like most Thais are friendly. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Hatyai and I will stay here again on my next visit to Hatyai. It is better to select room with breakfast as it would be much cheaper than walking in as a hotel guest.

The room is big , clean and the air cond is cooling
Security is not tight at all. Therefore , strangers can pop in to the hotel easily.
During my visit to Hat yai , i had reach city at 10 am . The hotel staff was kind and allowed us to check in early to the hotel to rest and taken a cold shower before continue my journey to shop and eat. When checking out time , you even asked us regarding the rooms and given us a great smile.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is surrounded with shop . Therefore , the was no a big problem to shop near by .
