Very helpful staff who could not do enough for us.
We initally only booked 1 room but our daughters turned up to visit us and the hotel were good enough to provide us with another room on the same floor.
Useful location not too far away from everything. Rooms comfortable and nicely laid out.
Definately worth going to again.
Thank you to all staff for all your help
although there is an increase in the room rate but it is still value for money to stay there. it provide excellent service with receptionist able to speak english and chinese. however at night (after 12) the receptionist will not be on standby to answer calls or give u your room key.
