Firstly, we intended to stay there only one night but after we found the good service and the convenient location of the hotel, we changed our minds and booked more one night. And we hope to stay there again!
- Nightlife Tip : The hotel is quite near the market and the city of Hua Hin. So it's very easy to go there and find something to eat at night.

Quite good place to enjoy small town life in rural area. Good meal, good air, a lot of fun etc.

From VAN station (Hua Hin - BKK Victory Monument)
Walk out from the VAN service terminal to big road, then turn right. You can see intersection within 100m. At the intersection, turn left toward sea. Once turn left, you can see Orange-colored building on the right side along the street. Walk 5min (pass Family Mart).
Not that "great"!

The staff, during the whole stay, was reduced to a single (visible, and sometime unvisible))person.
probably the reason of the very visisble lack of proper maintenance.

Situated close to all shops, markets and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

I was so surprised with this hotel. I thought it would be a rundown creepy hotel but it was such a beautiful place and cheap. Very small, intimate hotel. Receptionists extremely helpful and friendly (like all Thais). When we arrived we were sat down and offered tea. One night we came back to the hotel and rhe manager greeted us in the lobby and apologized and said that someone in the neighbourhood was having a party and that she thought that we would be disturbed by the noise so she upgraded us to a bigger room and we hadn´t even gone to our room yet. Location was good, 5 minute walk to the center of Hua-Hin and good seafood restaurants.
Hotel rooms are beautiful, good size, dark wood, comfortable bed and so clean!
- Restaurant Tip : Try the great seafood restaurants nearby (a couple of minute walk).
