Araya Residence Hotel Hua Hin / Cha-am Info
This hotel in central Hua Hin offers a location just minutes from the beach and downtown’s finest attractions. The Araya Residence has made a name for itself with a strong customer service and its twelve rooms are decorated with teak-style furniture and artwork from a nearby gallery. The proximity of this property to all of the Hua Hin action is most likely its strongest selling point though, and guests who enjoy haggling with vendors will want to check out the night market. The hotel is also just a few hundred meters from the beach, where you can go horse riding alternatively you can explore the Summer Palace or drive further to Khaotakiab or enjoy a game of golf. Araya Residence Hotel provides a reasonably priced accommodation in a convenient location in Hua Hin.

Room not clean on arrival and did not improve.
I found this hotel to be in rather poor condition and not very well cleaned. I think it is due for a revamp but then that still leaves the cleaning situation. Position is ok and the adjoining restaurant served lovely breakfasts. Desk staff were helpful, and Safe deposit at desk handled well. I may have been unlucky with my room but feel it was not good value for money compared to other hotels I stayed at in Thailand
Shopping Tip : Only two blocks to the Night Market.

checked in saw the room and shower and immediatley checked out to find another hotel. The room was a joke shabby to the first degree, insecure door dreadful smell, this is not a hotel more of a run down guest house.

Great location for Night market
Room Decoration was quite good
Room price compare to the nearby hotel was quite expensive for this kind of room.
the shower head was too high for average thai person.
the hotel's atmosphear when I arrived was quite a resort but in a small townhouse in town. staff was nice but room was not ready when we wanted to check-in. No elevator but you can request for the lower floor. Doors are made of wood so it made noise when you close the doors also had mosquitos but hotel got the electric insects killer in your room. Room a bit small but great location for the night shopping . you will needed earplugs for a good night sleep if you are sound sensitive...
