A comfortable and quiet retreat in Huahin

The family enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our rooms were not too far from the beach and restaurant. The pool was a bit too small in proportion to the size of the resort. Food menu offers very little choice and quite expensive. Car parking is also a big problem as it can accommodate only about 12 cars at the most. A small gym/exercise facility is also badly needed to conform with modernity.

I enjoyed the great breakfast they served, with friendly staff. Some ceiling light in the rooms would be good to make the rooms brighter but this is a minor concern as the location on the beach more than compensated. This hotel is the place to go as the beachfront is in a better location than the Hilton by far. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel on a great beach
Close to town,right on a great big beach,very nice hotel in well kept gardens.

Only booked 3 nights and stayed in on of the cheaper accommodations but room was clean and more than big enough. Was also very well equipped. Room was only 2 minutes walk through very nice gardens to the bar/resturant which overlooked the beach. The beach is very long and is soft white sand. There is a cool breeze which makes playing in the surf fun for all ages. The hotel is only a short walk from lots of bars and places to eat or you can jump in a tuk tuk if you don't fancy the stroll. Will be staying again at the Baan Laksasubha later in the year as well now.

Good Location

When we arrived, it took us just a while to get us check in. We booked a 2 bedroom, only then we realise that it was actually 2 inter-connected rooms instead of a 2 bedroom suites. The hotel is located near the beach, where it is easy access to the beach activies, this is good for my nephews, they had a good time there. The hotel is also located near the busy bar and restaurant, easy for us to get dinner without driving.
I would like to provide one suggestion to the hotel. We had to wait long time for the breakfast, this is due to the fact that most of the food are prepared at outside station. For example, the egg station has to take care of the ham and hotdog, hence it take a while for us to get the food. Even the fried rice and fried chicken wings took a while to get it top up. Please consider to prepare the food in the kictchen instead, it will speed up the time spend on preparing the food.
