New,spacious and modern Villas. Pool on your doorstep. Close to Khao Takiab Beach. Besides the pool,the resort is unfinished so lacks ammenities. The villas can get very very hot and uncomfortable as there is No Air Con in the Living/Dining/Kithchen Areas. The Villas are great if you are a family with several young children and need more space than a hotel room. The Villas are spacious, modern and comfortable. Also a good choice if you have your own transport and intend on having quite a busy holiday sightseeing, being at the beach or other activities outside the Resort.
All in all our family had a great time howerer there were many things that would have made it much better. The large kitchen had no cooking utensils,so if you want to cook, bring your own pots, pans,etc... they had standard dinner set and cutlery but no dishwashing liquid or cloth to clean up with. With young children be prepared to put up with mess as you cannot clean it up!
The bedrooms had Air Con but the rest of the Villa did not. As there is no shade from the Sun the Villa became very very very hot which was definately a negative.
Areas of the Resort are still under construction for example, the Childrens Pool is 5 metres from an untidy and ugly construction zone.
There were many things that the resort list in their promotional materials but do not exist yet such as the Pool Bar, Cafe, Mini Golf. The lack of other small things such as no High Chairs in the Restaurant or Towels by the pool also let this Resort down. Actually, it does not have any Resort atmosphere so stay elsewhere if you are looking for a "Resort" holiday. Besides swimming in the pool it is a real shame that the grounds/gardens are not at the stage where you can spend time outside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Spend a morning,afternoon or both at Khao Takiab Beach, just 5 mins drive from the Hotel and lots of fun for the family. Much cleaner and attractive than the main Hua Hin beach. Go to the Elephant Show at the Adventure Park opposite the Resort. Have dinner at Khannam Seafood Restaurant, close to the Resort and has great food and great service. For more adventure drive to Pala U Waterfall for beautiful sights and fresh mountain air.

they had staff constantly mowing the lawns around my rooms. very annoying and i came here to relax and had to constantly ask the gardeners to go away. i know they had a job to do but the place was near empty. this place was well worth staying. the rooms were exceptional, the service was great. the staff here were very friendly and helpful. the only thing that spoiled it was the constant mowing of lawns around my house. the food was good, but if you order the steak or the pork chops- it is massive. too much. i sent my wife to get a facial, manicure and a pedicure. she only got the facial and didnt have the services for a manicure and pedicure. i was still charged for those 2. but she was happy and didnt want to make a tit of myself. i think if this resort had scooters for hire, it would be ideal as it is about 10km out of hua hin. also i think i came here at the wrong time as the asean summit was at hua hin and traffic jams a plenty. very hard to get in and out of hua hin. overall rating for this place out of 10 - i would give it a 8.. would be 10 but sorry guys- bloody lawnmowers!!!
Shopping Tip : if you want to shop be prepared to travel 10km into town

Our pool villa was excellent ... very good sized rooms, well appointed. The plunge pool was also very good. Staff very friendly. The shuttle service to Hua Hin could be improved AND should be free. The food at the restaurant is below standard. Overall this was a pleasant stay but as of October 09 this resort is unfinished, no tennis courts, gym and main pool. We liked the accommodation, the pool villa was spacious and clean. The restaurant, however, was a disappointment and needs to improve. The Banyan is only a couple of k's from Hua Hin but they will still charge to shuttle you into town.

Clean, neat. Lovely decor, pool and garden. Great bungalows. Lack of service. No playground, kids club, or pool bar, as advertised. Mediocre food. This is a newly opened hotel, so is very clean and neat. The decor is lovely, and the pool and garden are beautiful. The self-contained bungalows are a good way for a family to have some space. The service isn't yet developed, and having this missing shows that a good hotel is about more than just a nice room. The advertising all states that there is a playground, a kids club, and a pool bar, when these are all absent. The food was mediocre, and we expected better for the price.
Travel tip : The golf course is very good. The nearby elephant attraction is likewise very good - one of the best we've visited - but extremely expensive.

Place is quite far from city The place is quiet and the natural environment makes the place a good relaxing short holiday. The pool is interesting. However, water seems to be an issue. There is no pressure and once the water tank ran out of water. The water also taste a little salty (mixed with some sea water perhaps?). Service is good and no complaints there. Breakfast is not bad with sufficient variety.

swimming pool,comfy bed,the scenery,large rooms parking,check-in was not ready even it's 4.30 pm, the location is remote so you need your own transport to get in to town. We were 6 people. The resort is full-equipped with 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,a living room,a dining room,a kitchen and the long swimming pool and jacuzzi just right behind the house.My family and I enjoyed staying here very much.

Nice room, nice staff and service.
Beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi No free shuttle to city.
Swimming pool closed at 7 pm, needed special request to restart the lighting and Jacuzzi. Banyan Resort has good facilities, surrounding is very nice and tidy. The staffs are helpful, can speak fluent English. The villa is really a wonderful place with stunning spacious rooms, huge bathrooms incuding inside and outside showers. Reasonable room rate for every visitor, which will make your visit to Hua Hin a remarkable and memorable journey.
Hotel Feature Tip : Banyan only have 2 bed room type. If 2 people reserved 1 bedwoom Villa, you can use one bedroom, another bedroom will be locked.

jacuzzi, swimming pool, very private, quiet resort, welcoming, very good price. breakfast is some days to be desired. This is really a wow effect on arrival in the lobby and fully in the villa. This is very easy to do with 4 adults. The ride to Hua Hin is too high to be sent 300 Baht. The taxi drivers do it for 200 too happy, wellct at the right time for 150 to get done. It is also clean and the use of the golf-cart to the lobby is a warm momnten outcome. Especially for a next time very high on the list.
Shopping Tip : Make yourself for a taxi or private transportation, off-peak travel is good.

Newly open, Good service, Clear and comfortable. A little bit far from city centre. It's a good choice for family vacation as there are 2 bedrooms with private pool. This hotel can offer you a privacy because each villa has its own space and it's just newly open so the quantity of guests is quite small. All staffs are well trained and having good service mind.
