Recommended for couples who like a quiet holiday Guest Rating: 3.7

I stayed here with my family for few days, since the location is a bit far for shopping or eating place, you have to take tuk-tuk or taxi, but the hotel provided few tuk-tuk three times per day. This is a small hotel with good design of room and pool. We have room at 1/f with a nice balcony. And the pool is good too, always not too crowded, the staffs are very friendly too. And it also provides few VCD movie for rental. The only bad comment about is the breakfast, since it is a open area, some fruits not well cover with flies and many ants on it. And the breakfast is set everyday, instead of a buffet breakast. Anyway, recommend for those couple or families like a peaceful, relax, quiet holiday.

It is a place worth visiting time and again. Overall, we are highly impressed with total package of service that this hotel offers at the given rates. Probably, the hotel could introduce family suites of two bedrooms, which suits family like ours. This is just a suggestion.

• Hotel Feature Tip : The swimming pool is fantastic and the hotel is conveniently loctaed near the main down town.

As the location is far from the city, it will be better adjust the frequencies of their Free Tuk Tuk Service.

• Restaurant Tip : It's a BBQ Vender, face the Tesco go right side for around 500M. The chicken is very tasty. Try it. (Only the boss can speak English)

Staff here is very nice. Breakfast is average. Room is nice and clean. The swimingpool is clean.

The hotel also started to provide free tuk-tuk service to the night market daily at around 18.30 which is very helpful.

• Shopping Tip : If you don't mind walking, you can walk to the nearest shopping mall called Village Market which is very nice place to shop and eat.

Don't miss the newly opened spa at the hotel. We were very pleased with our treatment at the spa.

• Restaurant Tip : Take a can of margarita and a good meal in the city at Great American Ribs. Close to McDonald's.

Casa Del Mare was a pleasant place to stay for a few days and everything worked well. Main complaint on the room was that the plumbing hadn't been installed properly so there was a persistent sewer smell in the room. Also when we pointed out grass clippings on the dining table and chairs in the restaurant to the waitstaff, they explained this was because the gardener had just recently cut the grass (but they didn't actually bother to wipe the table off).
