very comfortable rooms have stayed three times i would not stay anywhere else in hua hin, very good value for money very clean, towels changed every day and rooms cleaned everyday, the only weakness if any is the pool is only small if children where staying, but who needs a pool when the beach is 5 minuits away very comfortable rooms, very roomy and very clean, telivision and full mini bar, balcony, safe in room air conditioning. we have been three times to the same hotel, and three times the name has changed,but the staff are still the same helpful staff, who remember who we are and make us very welcome. the other plus is an english resturant just round the corner best in hau hin. be back soon.

The pool is on the top of the roof and the floor can be slippery when wet I liked this hotel as it was very good value for money because I used the agoda web site, the room was large and it had a good sized balcony, the staff were very helpful and it was very close to the beach and the town centre, i would deffinately use this hotel again when i visit Hue Hin.

nice and big room. The hotel located in a good place where 10 minutes walking distance to beach. veru small swimming pool but open 24 hr. No other facility to use such as gym. The hotel is located in a very good location just between the railway station and beach. We enjoyed the time to stay in Hotel and willing to stay there again.

Big, comfortable, clean room.
Nice Balkan, with view to mountains.
Free internet. Great value for money. Nice big clean room, with a big balcony. Sofa, TV, desk for working.
Nice big fridge, and anything to make the stay comfortable. Very nice, and polite staff.
Location is quiet, but still close to everything.
I will for sure come back.

Good sized rooms, good a/c, friendly staff, close to city centre - easy walk to night markets, beach etc. Wi-fi good Balconies look out over hills not sea which is a pity. Nothing much else wrong with hotel. Had some difficulty finding hotel when I first arrived, name has changed to Citin Loft. Hotel is very central, easy walking to night markets and beach (5 mins). Hua Hin has many opticians, good place to get new glasses. Night markets interesting with good variety of goods. Good food stalls within the night market area, excellent food at very good prices. Would recommend the hotel, good sized rooms, clean and friendly
Shopping Tip : The 7/11 nearby has the cheapest beer in hua hin.

Friendly staff very organised
Nice hotel great value
Very clean Breakfast was not very nice A really nice place great rooms and also very clean.Staff were very helpfull and well organised, i have stayed in 4 or 5 star hotels that were not as nice as this one. The only thing i could say is the place is about a 15 min walk from the beach and you have to get over a busy road on the way.
Nightlife Tip : Lots of great food in town and the night life is ok too

clean rooms service excellent lovely balcony, good size rooms t/v mini bar staff very helpfull none in my department as a couple maybe bigger pool for children? beach nearby so no need first stay at royal asia lodge, very impressed with the value and service that was given rooms cleaned every day, and clean towels everyday, breakfast was fine, very clean resturant. accsess to internet very easy and cheap. staff very helpfull and pleasent, would stay again. good english restaurant just round the corner, which suits me fine.
Restaurant Tip : very good resturant, (English) just round the corner next to smile corner, could't be nearer try it

Free water on the room every day

Bathroom and toilet was fresh and inviting
The poolarea was nice and had a nice view over the city. Also open 24/7 Poor knowledge in the english language among the staff.
Hot water was hard to get in the shower

The hotel was very nice with rooms that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and probably tried to help us with our requests to their best ability. They were also available 24/7 which was very good.
The hotel is located on a smaller street paralell to the main road which makes the rooms less noisy so you can get a good quiet night sleep.
The hotel is very close to the trainstation but can be hard to find, so we suggest that you take a taxi.
We were going to Koh Samui from Hua Hin and tried to go by bus and katamaran, the hotell staff however did not know how to do it or where to go.
But we were lucky to meet a swedish-thai man who helped us to the lomprahya-office.

not far from main part of town on a grubby street, parking in town car park In all the place was ok, the rooms were fine but the overall ambience was of a neglected hotel. The only member of staff I saw never acknowledged us after check in.

Location, friendly staff, clean room. Would have been great if there were coffee/tea making facilities in room. It is hard to cross the main street at certain times of the day/night, but there is an overhead pass 10/15 minutes, before the big shopping centre, if you turn right when you get to the main street. We found the room to be clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your standard buffet - no complaints there.
If you're travelling by train the hotel is an easy 5/10 minute walk away.

Clean and comfortable rooms.
Good location
Internet was slow and unreliable Royal Asia lodge is just off of the main road. It's rooms are nice with a big bathroom and a balcony. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the majority of restaurants. The staff was friendly and kept the facilities clean. A great location if you are hoping to shop or enjoy just walking around. If you are planning on being on the beach all day it's probably not the best choice. We found our time there very relaxing except for the bad internet service.

near to town centre, good staff, large rooms Stayed there passing through Hua Hin for 1 night. So stayed there at the reasonable price. The hotel was OK for this price with large rooms, breakfast included and near to the beach and centre. If we were to stay longer we would have booked somewhere nicer.

The main hotel is a nice place to stay They put us in these weird old rooms across the street from the main hotel We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always been satisfied. This last time, however, we were put into these ugly old rooms across a major street above a bakery. We were very unhappy with this arrangement. No breakfast, either, unlike our other stays.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure that if you stay here you get the better room or you may end up in one of their weird ugly rooms across the street.

Cheap and ok for the price not enough staff. A/C was extremely loud and did not work too well. The Royal Asia Lodge was located up a relatively quiet side street. Lobby was very airy (as in open to the air), and there was a distinct lack of staff when we arrived (at about 6 pm). A person disputing 100 baht of his bill held us all up. But why only one girl on reception at a busy time? (maybe it wasn't normally busy!)
Rooms were functional, not terribly spacious, but about right for the price. We were due to stay there for 5 days, but moved on after 2 nights. Mainly because the hotel had no character,no charm,and the staff seemed more concerned to play video games in the lobby's computer section.
Better hotels in the rough price range are City Beach and Grand Plaza.
