Groups United Kingdom, December 02, 2012	A pleasant stay with a great host close to the beach, very big breakfast, spacious+clean rooms 8.7 Big rooms, immaclately kept, pool table, great breakfast, near the beach. Quiet. The host speaks excellent English and is very helpful. The hotel is close to the shore, but the beach right near the hotel isn't so good for swimming (at high tide - I didn't check at low tide). However, a kilmoter down the road (towards the estuary) is still secluded but is nicer for swimming. This is a great choice for people who can't stand the crowds of Hua Hin. We took the train from Bangkok to Hua Hin and then went by local transport, which was time-consuming. Next time I will take a minivan from Victory monument (200 baht) which will drop you off at the roundabout at Pak Nam Pran, just a kilmoter or so from the hotel. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Rent a motorbike from the Hotel or Mr Singh's bar (150 baht) so that you can ride around the quiet roads to explore beaches.
